Irán készen áll közvetlenül megvitatni Ukrajnával az Oroszország által használt iráni drónok kérdését – jelentette ki Hoszein Amirabdollahián iráni külügyminiszter szombaton.
A külügyi tárca honlapján közzétettek szerint a miniszter telefonon beszélt Dmitro Kuleba ukrán külügyminiszterrel, akinek elmondta, hogy Irán kész az ügyet megvitatni kétoldalú technikai találkozókon. Amirabdollahián elismerte, hogy Irán jó kapcsolatokat ápol és régre visszanyúló katonai együttműködést tart fenn Oroszországgal, de azt is hangsúlyozta, hogy Teherán ellenzi az ukrajnai háborút, és nem akar közvetlenül részt venni a konfliktusban.
Az ukrán hadsereg pénteken azt közölte, hogy már több mint 300 iráni kamikaze drónt lőttek le országuk felett. Az ukrán légierő egy szóvivője azt mondta, értesüléseik szerint Oroszország 2400 Sahed–136 típusú drónt rendelhetett Irántól. Az iráni vezetés mindeddig tagadta, hogy ilyen eszközökkel látná el Oroszországot.

Ukrajna felkérte az ENSZ szakértőit, hogy ellenőrizzék az Oroszország által az ukrán városok elleni támadásra alkalmazott drónok eredetét és sorozatszámát – áll Szerhij Kiszlica, Ukrajna ENSZ-nagykövetének, Antonio Guterreshez, a szervezet főtitkárához intézett levelében, számolt be a Holosz Ameriki.
Kijev hangsúlyozza, hogy ezen drónok Oroszországba való exportja sérti az ENSZ Biztonsági Tanácsának 2231. határozatát, amely a szervezet jóváhagyása nélkül embargót ír elő bizonyos típusú iráni fegyverek exportjára.
„2022 augusztusának végén Irán Mohajer és Shahed típusú drónokat adott át Oroszországnak. Ukrajna úgy véli, hogy ez valószínűleg része Irán azon tervének, hogy többszáz pilóta nélküli légi eszközt exportál Oroszországba. Az ENSZ Biztonsági Tanácsa határozatának melléklete tiltja bizonyos eszközök, anyagok, felszerelések, termékek és technológiák Iránból való átadását a Biztonsági Tanács jóváhagyása nélkül” – írta Kiszlica.
Elmondása szerint az Oroszországnak átadott mindkét típusú drón paraméterei megegyeznek az exportra megtiltott fegyverek paramétereivel. Kiszlica hozzátette, hogy a Mohajer drónokat az a Qods Aviation gyártja, amelynek eszközeit befagyasztották.
„Minden ország köteles befagyasztani az említett szervezetek pénzeszközeit” – mondta az ENSZ-nagykövet.

Patel szerint Washingtonnak több eszköze is van arra, hogy elszámoltassa Moszkvát és Teheránt.
Az illetékes napi sajtótájékoztatóján nem említett részleteket, de felidézte, hogy Washington már bevezetett szankciókat és exportkorlátozásokat.
Patel egyben hangsúlyozta, hogy Oroszország és Irán elmélyülő szövetségére a világnak alapvető fenyegetésként kell tekintenie.
Az amerikai tisztségviselő közlését megelőzően két magas rangú iráni tisztségviselő és két diplomata arról nyilatkozott, hogy Irán szárazföldi célok leküzdésére alkalmas rakéták és további drónok leszállítását ígérte meg Oroszországnak.
Ukrajna nemrég jelentette, hogy Oroszország iráni gyártmányú, Sahíd-136 típusú iráni önmegsemmisítő drónokat vet be támadásai során.

Tagadta hétfőn az iráni külügyi szóvivő, hogy a teheráni rezsim harci drónokat küldött Oroszországnak, az ilyen állítások mögött – véleménye szerint – politikai megfontolások állnak.
„Nem adtunk fegyvereket egyik háborúzó félnek sem” – szögezte le sajtótájékoztatóján Nasszer Kanaáni. Kiemelte, hogy Teherán már korábban is fegyverszünetet sürgetett és a konfliktus politikai rendezését szorgalmazta, és álláspontja azóta sem változott.
Az ukrán légierő viszont többször azt közölte, hogy az orosz erők iráni gyártmányú, Sahíd-136 típusú iráni önmegsemmisítő drónokat vetnek be támadásaik során.
Hétfő reggel ismét több robbanást jelentettek Kijevből, ukrán hivatalos források szerint a támadásokat drónokkal és rakétákkal hajtották végre.
A teheráni Evin börtönben szombaton kitört – és néhány órával később eloltott – tűzről Kanaáni azt mondta, ehhez hasonló incidensek bármelyik országban előfordulhatnak.
A politikai foglyokat, aktivistákat és elítélt kettős állampolgárokat őrző börtönben keletkezett tűz oka a hatóságok szerint banditák okozta szándékos gyújtogatás volt. A lángok a büntetésvégrehajtási intézet egy varrodájában csaptak fel, miután több elítélt összetűzött, majd zavargások törtek ki.
Az Iránban több hete zajló tömegtüntetésekre érkezett nemzetközi reakciókat kommentálva Kanaáni leszögezte: bár a nyugati kormányok üdvözlik az iráni tüntetéseket, saját országaikban fellépnek a hasonló megmozdulások ellen.
„Úgy tűnik, a nyugati politikai retorika a zavargásokat jó és rossz zavargásokra osztja fel” – fogalmazott a szóvivő.
Hangsúlyozta: a nép által megválasztott iráni kormánynak az emberek biztonságát is szem előtt kell tartania.
Felszólította mindemellett a nyugati országok hatóságait ,hogy tegyenek meg mindent a területükön lévő iráni érdekeltségek védelméért.
A közel-keleti országban szeptember közepén, egy fiatal kurd nő, Mahsza Amini halála miatt kezdődtek tüntetések. Aminit az erkölcsrendészet a fejkendő nem megfelelő viselése miatt vette őrizetbe, de szemtanúk szerint már a rendőrautóban megverték, majd kómába esett, és három nappal később meghalt egy teheráni kórházban. A fiatal nő ügyén túlmutatóan számos demonstráló már az iráni vezetés – köztük is Szajed Ali Hamenei politikai és vallási vezető – ellen tüntet.
Amini halálát és a tüntetők elleni megtorlásokat az Európai Unió (EU) és több nyugati ország, köztük az Egyesült Államok is elítélte, s újabb büntetőintézkedésekkel sújtották a rezsimet. Az EU várhatóan hétfőn jelent be ismét szankciókat, diplomáciai források szerint az intézkedések 15 iráni állampolgárt érintenek.
Kanaáni leszögezte: Teherán arányos mértékben válaszol az intézkedésekre.
A szóvivő mindemellett csalódottságát fejezte ki Josep Borrell, az Európai Unió kül- és biztonságpolitikai főképviselőjének szavai kapcsán, aki hétfőn Luxembourgban azt mondta, egyelőre nem vár eredményeket az iráni atomalku felélesztését célzó egyeztetésektől.

Szeptember 30-án, pénteken a litván védelmi minisztérium szerződést írt alá egy lengyel céggel kamikaze drónok vásárlásáról Ukrajna számára. A hírt a Delfi közölte.
A drónokhoz a pénzeszközöket a Laisves tévécsatorna alapítója, Andrius Tapinas gyűjtötte össze. A kiadvány szerint a pénzt Litvánia állampolgárai adományozták. A Warmate kamikaze drónok körülbelül 5,7 kg tömegűek, akár 30 km-es távolságban is működhetnek, és 150 km/h-s sebességgel támadhatnak.

Az ukrán külügyminisztérium bejelentette, hogy megvonja az akkreditációt az iráni nagykövettől, és csökkenti a Kijevben tartózkodó iráni diplomaták számát. A minisztérium arra hivatkozott, hogy Oroszország Iránból származó drónokat használt abban a támadásban is, amiben két drón megölt egy nőt, és lerombolt egy adminisztratív épületet Odessza kikötőjében.
