A tisztvisel\u0151knek az el\u0151\u00edrt m\u00f3don el kell k\u00e9sz\u00edteni\u00fck, \u00e9s el\u0151 kell terjeszteni\u00fck a vonatkoz\u00f3 normat\u00edv jogszab\u00e1lyok tervezeteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A h\u00edrport\u00e1l eml\u00e9keztetett arra, hogy Dmitro Lubinec, a Legfels\u0151 Tan\u00e1cs emberjogi biztosa azt javasolta a Nemzetbiztons\u00e1gi \u00e9s V\u00e9delmi Tan\u00e1csnak (RNBO), hogy t\u00f6r\u00f6lje a \u201ekorl\u00e1tozott alkalmass\u00e1g\u201d kifejez\u00e9st.
