Вступ України до складу Європейського союзу може тривати декілька десятиліть. Президент Франції Еммануель Макрон запропонував створити „європейську політичну спільноту”, яка могла б прийняти до своїх лав нашу країну.

„Ми знаємо, що процес вступу до ЄС може тривати багато років і навіть десятиліття. Будемо чесними, Євросоюз не може бути в короткостроковій перспективі єдиним засобом структурування європейського континенту”, – заявив президент Франції.
Макрон відзначив, що попри усе, Україна вже є членом європейської сім’ї.
