Ezért Ukrajna felhívja partnereit, hogy összpontosítsanak a menetrendre: az ukrán hadsereg gyors ellátása a szükséges eszközökkel közelebb hozza a győzelmet és a békét. Most már nem lehet kétséges, hogy Ukrajna nyerhet, Oroszország pedig legyőzhető a csatatéren” – hangsúlyozta Dmitro Kuleba.
