Szabadon engedték Jun Szogjolt dél-koreai elnököt, akit januárban tartóztattak le lázadás vezetésének vádjával – olvasható a CNN-en.
A szöuli központi kerületi bíróság pénteken technikai és jogi okokra hivatkozva érvénytelenítette a letartóztatási parancsát, így az államfő elhagyhatta a börtönt.
Ahogy korábban is beszámoltunk róla, az elnök letartóztatása azután történt, hogy december 3-án hadiállapotot hirdetett, és katonákat vezényelt a parlamenthez.
Bár a döntést néhány órán belül visszavonta a tömeges tiltakozások hatására, az ellenzék szerint az elnök célja politikai ellenfeleinek ellehetetlenítése volt.
