Ez annak ellenére is így van, hogy a kölcsönös ellenőrzések elmaradtak, és Oroszország az utolsó pillanatban úgy döntött, hogy a héten lemondja a közös bizottság tárgyalásait − tette hozzá Rjabkov.
Ugyanakkor azt is jelezte az Egyesült Államoknak, hogy az ukrajnai konfliktusba való fokozódó amerikai beavatkozás növekvő kockázatokkal jár.
Rjabkov szerint Oroszország és az Egyesült Államok között nincs párbeszéd Ukrajnáról, mivel a két félnek „gyökeresen eltérő álláspontja van”.
