Kuleba jelezte, hogy szerinte sok munkára lesz szükség Németországgal és új kormányával. „Ebben a kormányban különböző vélemények vannak, de nagyon fontos, hogy az elnök (Zelnszkij) és Scholz kancellár szót váltottak egymással, érezték egymást, és azzal váltak el, hogy továbbgondolják a dolgokat és tovább dolgoznak” – fogalmazott.
A külügyminiszter szerint a második rendkívül fontos találkozó a belga fővárosban Ukrajna, Franciaország és Németország trojka normandiai minicsúcsa volt, ahol egyeztették az álláspontokat arról, hogyan kell tovább együttműködniük Oroszországot tárgyalóasztalhoz ültetése érdekében. „Sajnos Oroszország most csak annyit tesz, hogy elutasítja a diplomáciai elutasít és destruktív katonai-biztonsági pályára összpontosít” – szögezte le Dmitro Kuleba.
