Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök aláírta a „szélsőségesség elleni küzdelemről” szóló rendelet frissített változatát.
A ráncfelvarráson átesett dokumentum tartalmazza a ruszofóbia fogalmát – ami az előző, szintén Putyin által 2020-ban jóváhagyott rendeletben még nem szerepelt.
A rendelet megfogalmazása szerint a ruszofóbia „az orosz állampolgárokkal, az orosz nyelvvel és kultúrával szembeni barátságtalan, elfogult, ellenséges hozzáállás, amely többek között az Oroszországgal szembeni diszkriminatív fellépésekben nyilvánul meg a barátságtalan államok részéről”.
Az új stratégia megállapítja, hogy egyes államok „saját önző céljaik elérésére használják fel a szélsőséges és terrorista szervezeteket, és nem riadnak vissza más államok belügyeibe való beavatkozástól”.
Az RBC hírportál megjegyzi, hogy a korábbi verziókkal ellentétben az új dokumentum a „szélsőségesség fő forrásai” között Ukrajnát is említi.
