Nagy-Britannia csalódott amiatt, hogy Oroszország túlzott korlátozásokat alkalmazott a választási megfigyelőket illetően, többek között a nemzetközi megfigyelőkre is, akik a demokratikus felügyelet kulcsfontosságú elemei.
