„Az Állami Határőrség megkapta a Migrációs Osztály határozatát, amellyel engedélyezte, hogy Misov a választott lakóhelyén telepedjen le, és döntést hozott a Litván Köztársaságba való fogadásáról” – mondta a Határvédelmi Szolgálat képviselője.
Misov az orosz BBC-nek adott interjújában elmondta, hogy május 28-án az egyik balti országba menekült, és az interjú megjelenésének napján litván migrációs tisztviselőkhöz fordult.

Elmondása szerint az USA különbséget tesz az Oroszországi Föderáció kormányának intézkedései, az orosz fegyveres erők és az orosz nép között.
