Kakascíková közleményével a német Leopard 2A4 harckocsik Ukrajnának történő szállítására reagált. Megjegyezte ugyanakkor, hogy jelenleg nem folynak tárgyalások T-72-es páncélosok rendelkezésre bocsájtásáról Kijevnek.
