Kanada 2025 elején adja át Ukrajnának a NASAMS modern légvédelmi rendszert.
Bill Blair kanadai védelmi miniszter bejelentette, hogy a Raytheon ez év végéig átadja a rendszereket, Kanada pedig azonnal Ukrajnába küldi azokat.
Kanada tavaly csatlakozott a NASAMS amerikai megrendeléséhez, de a szállítás az Egyesült Államok Kongresszusának jóváhagyása miatt késett.
A NASAMS 2025 elején kell megérkezzen Ukrajnába.
Érdemes megjegyezni, hogy Kanada már 2023 januárjában bejelentette a légvédelmi rendszer Ukrajnának való átadását. A szállítás azonban sokáig tartott. Kanada az Egyesült Államokon keresztül vásárolta meg a berendezéseket, ezért a Kongresszus hozzájárulására volt szüksége.

Litvánia szeptemberben NASAMS légvédelmi rakétarendszereket ad át Ukrajnának – számolt be az Index az rbc.ua-ra hivatkozva.
A portál szerint Gitanas Nauseda litván elnök azt mondta a Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnökkel folytatott megbeszélésen: Ukrajnát a háború megnyeréséig készek támogatni.
Nauseda a tárgyaláson közölte a NASAMS-rendszerek szállításának időpontját is, és azt ígérte, hogy következő hónapban már megkapják ezeket az ukránok. Ezekből a rakétarendszerekből Ukrajna már kapott korábban, de nem sokat.

Litvánia két NASAMS légvédelmi rendszert vásárol Ukrajna számára – jelentette be a litván védelmi minisztérium szerdán.
Gitanas Nauseda litván elnök is említette az ügyletet egy kedden késő este közzétett videoüzenetében, és elmondta, hogy a norvég gyártmányú légvédelmi rendszereket a lehető leghamarabb leszállítják Ukrajnának.
A tárca tájékoztatása szerint a szállítás három hónapon belül megtörténik. Az új NASAMS légvédelmi rendszerek kiegészítik és bővítik majd azokat a rendszereket, amelyeket korábban Norvégia és az Egyesült Államok adományozott az ukrán légvédelem megerősítésére – tették hozzá.
Az államfő, aki szerdán Kijevbe érkezik be nem jelentett látogatásra, elmondta, hogy a 9,8 millió eurós vételárról szóló szerződést kedden írta alá Litvánia, Norvégia, illetve a gyártó, a norvég Kongsberg Gruppen.
