Az ukrán kormány úgy döntött, hogy felmenti Musztafa Najemet az Állami Újjáépítési és Infrastruktúrafejlesztési Ügynökség vezetői posztjáról.
A hírt a Telegramon közölte a Miniszteri Kabinet. A tisztviselő még június 10-én jelentette, hogy elhagyja posztját.
Elmondta: „rendszerszintű akadályok miatt döntött így, amelyek nem adnak további lehetőséget a mandátum hatékony végrehajtására”. Najem elmondása szerint 2023 novembere óta ő és az ügynökség csapata ellenállással és ellenkezéssel szembesült.

Ukrajna és Magyarország számára is fontos a két ország között működő jelenlegi határátkelők infrastrukturális fejlesztése és újak megnyitása. Erről egyeztetett az Magyar Levente, Külgazdasági és Külügyminisztérium miniszterhelyettese és az ukrán infrastrukturális miniszterhelyettes az Asztély-Beregsurány határátkelőn. Musztafa Najem elmondta: Ukrajna számára fontos lenne megnyitni ezt az átkelőt a teherforgalom előtt azért, hogy meggyorsítsák az országban rekedt gabona európai exportját. Mindkét fél egyetértett a Nagyhodos-Nagypalád határátkelő mielőbbi megnyitásában és egy új Tisza híd megépítésében Záhonynál EU-s források bevonásával.

Új ukrán-magyar határátkelők megnyitásáról és a meglévők kapacitásának bővítéséről tárgyalt Kiss-Parciu Péter, a Külgazdasági és Külügyminisztérium helyettes államtitkára Kárpátalján. Musztafa Najem, Ukrajna infrastrukturális miniszterhelyettesével határszemlét tartottak, amely során kiderült, hogy mind az öt ukrán-magyar határátkelőn zavartalan és folyamatos a személyforgalom, sorok nincsenek. Döntés született egy újabb, Nagyhodos-Nagypalád hatátkelő mihamarabbi megnyitásáról. Mivel a kamionok torlódnak valamennyi átkelőn. Ezért nagy szükség van a jelenleg gyalogos és autós forgalmat bonyolító Beregsurány-Asztély határátkelő fejlesztésére azért, hogy meg lehessen nyitni a teherforgalom előtt.
