A NATO-tagországoknak át kell gondolniuk nyomásgyakorlásukat abban az esetben, ha Oroszország nukleáris fegyvert alkalmazna – jelentette ki csütörtökön Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök az ausztráliai Lowy Intézetben helyi kormánytagoknak, politológusoknak és szakértőknek tartott videoelőadásában, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.






A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij azt mondta: „látjuk, hogy ezek az emberek (az oroszok – a szerk.) milyen szörnyű lépésekre képesek. Mit tegyen a NATO, hogy kizárja Oroszország részéről az atomfegyver alkalmazását? Ami fontos, a megelőző csapás, hogy tudják, mi lesz velük, ha atomfegyvert vetnek be, és nem ellenkezőleg, hogy (a NATO) megvárja Oroszország nukleáris csapásait, majd azt mondja, kapd ezt tőlünk.” Kiemelte: „a nyomásgyakorlás felülvizsgálata az, amit a NATO-nak tennie kell, felül kell vizsgálnia az alkalmazás rendjét.”



Dmitrij Peszkov, Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök sajtótitkára reagált Ukrajna elnökének javaslatára. Szerinte a világ minden országának fel kell figyelnie az Oroszországi Föderáció elleni megelőző csapásról szóló nyilatkozatra. „Zelenszkij kijelentései nem mások, mint egy világháború kirobbantására való felhívás” – mondta az orosz elnöki sajtószóvivő.
