A mozgósítási törvénytervezet első és második olvasata között 14 nap áll a képviselők rendelkezésére ahhoz, hogy módosításokat dolgozzanak ki – jelentette ki Ruszlan Sztefancsuk, a Legfelső Tanács elnöke az ukrán televízió maratoni háborús adásában, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a házelnök elmondta, hogy miután a képviselők a módosító indítványaikat elkészítik a törvénytervezethez, azt megfontolásra az illetékes bizottság elé terjesztik.
„Amint készen lesz a bizottság a törvénytervezet módosításával (második olvasatba kerül – a szerk.), de nem február 21-e előtt, mert ez az utolsó nap, amikor módosító indítványokat lehet benyújtani ehhez a törvényjavaslathoz. Figyelembe véve, milyen széles ezeknek a módosításoknak a folyosója, a bizottságnak időre lesz szüksége ahhoz, hogy megfontolja ezeket a módosításokat, vagy ne vegye figyelembe a módosításokat” – mutatott rá Ruszlan Sztefancsuk.
