Vasárnap az oslói kormány bejelentette, hogy kivonja a világ legnagyobb szuverén pénzügyi alapjának számító jóléti alapját az orosz piacról, és ígéretet tett katonai sisakok, golyóálló mellények és egyéb hadfelszerelések szállítására Ukrajnának.
