Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök péntek este hatályba léptette a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) döntését, amellyel kötelezi az állami tisztségviselőket, hogy elektronikus vagyonbevallásukban tüntessék fel az ukránon kívüli másik állampolgárságuk hiányát – adta hírül a Levij Bereg hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a 2021. július 16-ával datált 305/2021 sz. vonatkozó elnöki rendeletet pénteken tették közzé az Elnöki Hivatal honlapján. A dokumentum értelmében az RNBO február 26-i döntésének megfelelően az állami és helyi önkormányzati tisztségeket betöltő személyeknek az elektronikus vagyonbevallásukban kötelező feltüntetniük, hogy nem rendelkeznek más ország állampolgárságával és nincs más országban kiadott ottani lakhatási engedélyük.
Az elnöki rendelet ugyancsak utasítja a kormányt, hogy folyó év augusztusában adjon tájékoztatást az RNBO ülésén a kettős (többes) állampolgárság kérdésének szabályozásáról szóló törvénytervezetek kidolgozásáról és a Legfelső Tanács elé történő terjesztéséről. A döntések végrehajtásának ellenőrzésével az elnök Olekszij Danilov RNBO-titkárt bízta meg.
