Senkit sem szabad megfosztani szabadságától azért, mert emberi jogait gyakorolja, ezért felszólítom az orosz hatóságokat, hogy haladéktalanul engedjék szabadon – írta Volker Turk, az ENSZ emberi jogi főbiztosa közleményében.
Hozzátette, hogy az ítélet „újabb csapás a jogállamiságra és a civil térre az Oroszországi Föderációban” – közölte az al-Dzsazíra pánarab hírtelevízió.
A német külügyminisztérium szintén elítélte Vlagyimir Kara-Murza elítélését.
