Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök nukleáris fenyegetéseit nem szabad túl komolyan venni – jelentette ki Boris Pistorius német védelmi miniszter a NATO nukleáris tervezési csoportjának brüsszeli ülésén, számolt be pénteken az rbc.ua hírportál a Tagesschau német tévécsatornára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Pistorius elmondta, hogy nem látja annak kockázatát, hogy Putyin nukleáris fegyverekkel való fenyegetései fokozódnak. „Nem szabad hagynunk, hogy minden kijelentése megtévesszen bennünket” – tette hozzá.
A német védelmi miniszter megjegyezte, hogy Putyinnak sajátos módon folytat hibrid hadviselt. „Néha fenyegetőzik, néha csábít, néha bosszúsnak tűnik, aztán megint agresszív. Németországnak és a NATO-nak meg kell tanulnia megbirkózni ezzel, és továbbra is támogatnia kell Ukrajnát, valamint saját védelmét és elrettentési képességét” – emelte ki Boris Pistorius.
