A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij közölte, hogy ma eredményes beszélgetést folytatott a német szövetségi elnökkel, amelynek során köszönetet mondott Németországnak az első Iris-T légvédelmi rendszerért. „Köszönet Németországnak az első IRIS légvédelmi rendszerért – azonnal légvédelmi ernyőt kell telepítenünk Ukrajna fölé! Nagyra értékeljük Németország hajlandóságát, hogy segítsen leküzdeni az orosz rakétaterror következményeit. Készülünk a német elnök ukrajnai látogatására is” – írta Volodimir Zelenszkij.
Mint hírportálunk ma beszámolt róla, brit sajtójelentés szerint Frank-Walter Steinmeier német elnök biztonsági okok miatt lemondta csütörtökre tervezett kijevi látogatását. A döntés a német külügyminisztérium, a belügyminisztérium és a biztonsági hatóságok tanácsára született. A látogatást mást időpontra teszik.
Oleksij Makejev, Ukrajna németországi nagykövete arról számolt be, hogy a felek jelenleg folytatják a német szövetségi elnök látogatásának bizalmas tervezését.
