A Legfelső Tanács hatósági bizottsága elfogadta a hadiállapot alatti diverziókról és hazaárulásról szóló határozattervezetet.







A kezdeményezés értelmében módosítani fogják a Büntetőjogi Kódexet. A maximális büntetés az életfogytig tartó börtönbüntetés, valamint vagyonelkobzás. Az egyik újítás az, hogy a fent említett bűncselekmények elkövetése esetén betiltanak mindennemű amnesztiát.
