Szkicska 1991. április 28-án született Cserkasziban, ahol a helyi gimnázium tanulója volt. 2013-ban a Kijevi Vadim Hetyman Nemzeti Gazdasági Egyetem nemzetközi gazdaságtan szakán szerzett diplomát.
A fiatalember ismert ukrán közszereplő és komikus. Politikai karriere előtt az Ukrajna tévécsatornán volt műsorvezető.
