Köszönöm Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök úrnak az ismételt meghívást, és azt, hogy felszólalhattam „az Országok Nemzetközi Koalíciója az ukrán gyermekek hazatéréséért” első találkozóján. Soros György és fia többször buzdított a háború folytatására. Alex Soros már tavaly nyáron kifejtette, hogy szerinte a nyugati országoknak nagyobb támogatásban kellene részesíteniük Ukrajnát, és jelentősebb szerepet kellene játszaniuk a háborúban.

A jelentés szerint Michel a bejegyzésében azt írta: „Jó visszatérni Kijevbe – barátok közé.”
A Politico című amerikai kiadvány négy napja számolt be arról, hogy Charles Michel, az Európai Tanács elnöke november 21-én Kijevbe látogat. Az orgánum forrásai szerint Michel ukrajnai látogatását a 2013. november 21-én a Majdanon kezdődött, majd vérontásba torkollott tüntetések emléknapjára időzíti.
Maia Sandu, Moldova elnöke megjegyezte, hogy a Michellel közös látogatásuk nem véletlenül esett egybe, mivel a Moldova és Ukrajna EU-csatlakozásával kapcsolatos további lépések megbeszélése lesz napirenden.

Boris Pistorius német védelmi miniszter kedd reggel be nem jelentett látogatásra érkezett Ukrajnába, a kijevi útjával meg akarja erősíteni Ukrajna melletti kiállását – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál az ntv német hírtelevízióra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a német politikus kora reggel vonattal érkezett Kijevbe. A nap folyamán találkozik ukrán kollégájával, Rusztem Umerovval és Volodimir Zelenszkij elnökkel. A látogatás fő témái az ukrán katonák kiképzése és a katonai segítségnyújtás. A tárcavezető látogatásának meg kell erősítenie, hogy Németország továbbra is támogatja Ukrajnát.
Pistorius tervei között szerepel koszorúzása a Majdanon, ahol az tíz éve kezdődtek a zavargások, valamint egy ukrán katonai gyakorlótér meglátogatása.
A tárcavezetőnek a mostani a második kijevi látogatása a védelmi miniszteri poszt betöltése óta. Utoljára februárban járt Kijevben, amikor Olekszij Reznyikov akkori védelmi miniszternek egy Leopard-2 játéktankot ajándékozott.

Lloyd Austin amerikai védelmi miniszter kijevi látogatása során magas szintű tárgyalásokat folytat az ukrán vezetéssel, a felek megvitatják az országok közötti partnerséget és az ukrán fegyveres erőknek nyújtott amerikai katonai támogatást – közölte hétfőn a Pentagon sajtószolgálata, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Austin kijevi megbeszéléseinek középpontjában az USA és Ukrajna közötti stratégiai partnerség további erősítése áll. A tárgyalásokon az is szerepel, hogy az ukrán hadseregnek biztosítsák a szükséges harci képességeket mind a téli időszakra, mind pedig annak érdekében, hogy megvédje az országot a jövőbeni orosz fenyegetésektől.
A Pentagon azt is megjegyezte, hogy a látogatás során Austin hangsúlyozni fogja az Egyesült Államok elkötelezettségét amellett, hogy Ukrajnának biztosítsa az orosz agresszió elleni védekezéshez szükséges biztonsági segítséget, valamint megvitatja az ukrán fegyveres erők jövőjének hosszú távú kilátásait.
A hét végén Austin a Pentagonból videokapcsolaton keresztül tartja Ukrajna védelmi kapcsolattartó csoportjának 17. ülését. A találkozón várhatóan mintegy 50 ország képviselői vesznek részt.

Ukrajnai látogatásra hétfő reggel Kijevbe érkezett Lloyd Austin, az Egyesült Államok védelmi minisztere – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál Austin X (Twitter) bejegyzésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az Egyesült Államok védelmi minisztere a kijevi vasúti pályaudvaron készült fotót tette közzé a hálózaton. Az ukrán fővárosban a Pentagon vezetőjét Bridget Brink, az Egyesült Államok ukrajnai nagykövete fogadta.
„Most érkeztem Kijevbe, hogy találkozzam az ukrán vezetőkkel. Azért vagyok ma itt, hogy átadjak egy fontos üzenetet – az Egyesült Államok továbbra is támogatja Ukrajnát az orosz agresszió elleni szabadságharcában, most és a jövőben is” – írta Lloyd Austin.

I met with Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, Princess Anne. This is the first visit of Her Royal Highness to Ukraine since our independence was reinstated and it was symbolic that our meeting took place at such a historic site as Saint Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv.
Ukrajnába látogatott csütörtökön David Cameron, Nagy-Britannia újonnan kinevezett külügyminisztere, alig néhány nappal hivatalba lépése után, hogy az ukrán elnökkel, miniszterelnökkel és külügyminiszterrel tárgyaljon – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Cameron az ukrán fővárosban elmondta: „Továbbra is erkölcsi támogatást, diplomáciai támogatást, gazdasági támogatást, de mindenekelőtt katonai támogatást fogunk nyújtani önöknek nemcsak idén és jövőre, hanem bármennyi ideig, amíg szükséges.” Azt is megjegyezte: „Oroszország úgy gondolja, hogy ki tudja várni ezt a háborút, és a Nyugat előbb-utóbb máshová fogja fordítani a figyelmét, de az ilyen feltételezések távol állnak az igazságtól.”
A brit külügyminiszter látogatása először Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök bejelentése után vált ismertté, aki személyesen találkozott Cameronnal Kijevben. „David Cameron, Nagy-Britannia külügyekért, nemzetközösségért és fejlesztésért felelős államtitkára első munkalátogatását az új pozíciójában Ukrajnában tette” – írta Zelenszkij, és közzétett egy videofelvételt is a találkozóról.
Amint arról az Elnöki Hivatal beszámolt, Zelenszkij és Cameron a Fekete-tenger biztonsági helyzetéről és az alternatív gabonafolyosó további működéséről tárgyalt. A felek ezenkívül összehangolták álláspontjukat a közös többoldalú és kétoldalú kezdeményezések végrehajtásával kapcsolatban, különösen az ukrán békeképlet előmozdítása és a biztonsági garanciák kidolgozása összefüggésében az Ukrajna támogatásáról szóló közös nyilatkozat kidolgozása során, amelyet a hetek csoportja fogadott el a vilniusi NATO-csúcson.
