Dmitro Kuleba ukrán külügyminiszter meg van győződve arról, hogy a rendszeres kommunikáció magyar kollégájával, Szijjártó Péterrel elősegíti az ukrán–magyar kapcsolatokban az elmúlt években felhalmozódott problémák megoldását. A diplomata ezt az Ukrinformnak adott, a június 25-re tervezett ukrán–magyar gazdasági vegyesbizottság ülésével kapcsolatos kommentárjában közölte.
Kuleba megjegyezte, hogy ez a találkozó magyar kollégájával egy hónap leforgása alatt a második lesz, a telefonhívásokat és a videokonferenciákat figyelembe véve a külügyminiszterek hetedik alkalommal kommunikálnak ez év februárja óta, amikor is Szijjártó Péter Kijev vendége volt. „Valóban gyakran beszélünk egymással. Véleményem szerint ez nagyon jó. A rendszeres kommunikáció segít leküzdeni azokat a problémákat, amelyek a Magyarországgal való kapcsolatunkban az elmúlt években felhalmozódtak. Sajnálatos, amikor Közép-Európa két nagy országának potenciálját akadályok korlátozzák, ennek nem szabad így lennie” – mondta Kuleba.
A külügyi tárca vezetője kiemelte az Ukrajna és Magyarország közötti kereskedelmi és beruházási fejlesztések fontosságát, amely részben enyhítené a koronavírus okozta gazdasági válság következményeit a lakosság számára. „Ezen felül Ukrajna és Magyarország közötti jószomszédi kapcsolatok stratégiai jelentőséggel bírnak országaink és az egész közép-európai régió számára” – mondta a diplomata. Kuleba elmondta, hogy a kormányközi gazdasági vegyesbizottság ülésén a felek megvitatják az ukrán és a magyar vállalatok közötti együttműködési lehetőségeket, a kétoldalú beruházások növelését, valamint a pozíciók megerősítésének elősegítését mindkét ország piacán. „A közlekedési, mezőgazdasági, az energiaügyi és környezetvédelmi ágazatokban, valamint a határ menti és a határokon átnyúló infrastrukturális együttműködés kérdéseiről van szó” – mondta a miniszter.
Az Ukrinform jelentése szerint, a kormányközi gazdasági vegyesbizottság negyedik ülésére június 25-én, Kijevben kerül sor Dmitro Kuleba ukrán külügyminiszter és Szijjártó Péter, Magyarország külgazdasági és külügyminisztere társelnökletével. Nagyon rövid időn belül, akár már júliusban folytatódhat uniós közvetítéssel a párbeszéd Szerbia és Koszovó között – jelentette ki hétfőn Belgrádban Miroslav Lajcák, a Belgrád és Pristina közötti párbeszéd kezeléséért felelős uniós megbízott.
Az uniós diplomata a szerb fővárosban Aleksandar Vucic államfővel tárgyalt, majd azt mondta, olyan megállapodásnak kell születnie Szerbia és Koszovó között, amely mindkét fél számára elfogadható.
Miroslav Lajcák közölte: Szerbia Európa része, a problémák Európa problémái is, a megoldások is közösek kell, hogy legyenek.
Koszovó 2008-ban egyoldalúan kiáltotta ki függetlenségét Szerbiától, ám Belgrád ezt nem hajlandó elismerni, és továbbra is saját, déli tartományának tekinti a többségében albánok lakta területet. Oroszország Szerbia szövetségeseként szintén nem ismeri el Koszovó függetlenségét, és folyamatosan megvétózza felvételét a nemzetközi szervezetekbe.
A Szerbia és Koszovó közötti megbeszélések 2018 novemberében szakadtak meg, amikor Koszovó 100 százalékos vámot vetett ki a Szerbiából érkező árura válaszul arra, hogy Szerbia sikeres lobbizásának köszönhetően Koszovót nem vették fel az Interpol nemzetközi rendőri szervezetbe. Azóta két kormányváltás történt a kis, balkáni államban, és az új miniszterelnök, Avdullah Hoti néhány hete végleg eltörölte a büntetővámot, valamint a Szerbiával fenntartott viszony rendezését tűzte ki kormánya egyik fontos céljául.
A két fél között 2013-ban kezdődött párbeszéd a kapcsolat rendezéséről, ám előrelépés azóta sem történt, pedig a viszony normalizálása mindkét ország európai integrációjának a kulcsa.
Emellett Miroslav Lajcák szlovák diplomata kinevezése felháborodást keltett Koszovóban, ugyanis Szlovákia azon öt európai uniós tagország egyike – Ciprus, Görögország, Spanyolország és Románia mellett –, amelyek nem ismerték el Koszovó függetlenségét, így a koszovói politikusok úgy gondolják, hogy Miroslav Lajcák előítéletesen viszonyul a tárgyalások vezetéséhez.
Belgrád viszont örömmel fogadta a szlovák diplomatát, Aleksandar Vucic nagyon nyíltnak nevezte a megbeszélését Miroslav Lajcákkal. Azt mondta: végre konkrétumokról is szó eshet, a részleteket azonban nem oszthatta meg a sajtóval.
A két fél szombaton Washingtonban ül tárgyalóasztalhoz, hogy az Egyesült Államok közvetítésével is párbeszédet kezdjen.

áll. „Mi csak Oroszországgal fogunk tárgyalni, ez a kulcsfontosságú vörös
vonal, amely nemzeti érdekeink védelmének az alapját képezi” – húzta alá a

Volidimir Zelenszkij kijelentette, hogy kész bármilyen formátumban tárgyalni Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnökkel az ukrán területek rendezése és a politikai foglyok újabb cseréje érdekében. Erről az ukrán államfő szerdán Kijevben beszélt azon a sajtótájékoztatón, amelyet államfői beiktatásának egyéves évfordulója alkalmából tartott.
Zelenszkij szavai szerint Németország és Franciaország
beleegyezett abba, hogy a koronavírus-járvány enyhülése után újabb normandiai találkozót
tartsanak. A Donyec-medencei válság diplomáciai úton történő rendezésével az
úgynevezett normandiai négyek országcsoport, azaz Ukrajna, Oroszország,
Franciaország és Németország foglalkozik. Az ukrán elnök megjegyezte, hogy a

Izraelbe érkezett szerdán
Mike Pompeo amerikai külügyminiszter, aki jelezte, hogy Donald Trump elnök
béketervéről is tárgyalni fog Benjámin Netanjahu izraeli kormányfővel – jelentette
a helyi média.
Pompeo nyolc órásra tervezett villámlátogatásának kezdetén,
még a megbeszélések előtt, Benjámin Netanjahu izraeli miniszterelnökkel közösen
nyilatkozatot adott, melyben ő maga nem ejtett szót Ciszjordánia egy részének
július 1-jére tervezett izraeli annektálásáról. Izraelben jelenleg kéthetes
karantén vár minden külföldről érkezőre, de a szájmaszkban érkező amerikai
politikust és munkatársait felmentették a szabály alól.
Netanjahu a média képviselői előtt megköszönte az amerikai
politikusnak, hogy a koronavírus-járvány kitörése óta első külföldi útja éppen
Izraelbe vezetett, s közölte, hogy számos kérdésről készülnek tárgyalni, köztük
a koronavírus-helyzetről, az iráni terjeszkedési politikáról, valamint a
várhatóan csütörtökön felálló új izraeli kormányról is.
Pompeo részvétét fejezte ki a kedden megölt izraeli katona
miatt, és hangsúlyozta, hogy Izraelnek joga van az önvédelemhez, és ehhez az
amerikai kormány támogatását élvezi.
Az amerikai külügyminiszter méltányolta, hogy Izrael
megosztja a koronavírussal kapcsolatos információit, és bírálta Kínát ezen

egyezményben a felek elfogadták az izraeli jogrendszer és szuverenitás
kiterjesztésének lehetőségét Ciszjordánia ezen, a Trump-féle béketervben
szereplő részeire.
A megállapodás szerint Netanjahu július 1-jétől megkezdheti
a telepek és a Jordán-völgy Izraelhez csatolását, de ezt össze kell hangolnia
Washingtonnal, és figyelembe kell vennie a regionális stabilitást és a
békeegyezményeket.
Pompeo Netanjahu után a katonai rádió híradása szerint
találkozik Beni Ganzzal, a hamarosan felesküdő új izraeli kormány rotációs
miniszterelnök-jelöltjével, valamint az új kormány várható külügyminiszterével,
Gabi Askenázival is.
Izrael 1967-ben, a
hatnapos háborúban Jordániától elfoglalta Ciszjordániát, Egyiptomtól pedig a
Gázai övezetet. A palesztinok ezeket a
területeket jövőbeli államuk részének tekintik.
Az elmúlt évtizedekben Izrael telepeket épített Ciszjordániában, ahol
már több mint félmillió izraeli él, noha ezeknek a telepeknek a létrehozását a
nemzetközi közösség legtöbb országa a nemzetközi jog megsértésének, s a béke
akadályának tekinti. A korábban Ciszjordánia részét képező Kelet-Jeruzsálemet
Izrael 1980-ban egyoldalúan annektálta.
A palesztinok már közzététele előtt kategorikusan
elutasították az amerikai kormányzat béketervét, mert szerintük a dokumentum
egyértelműen Izrael érdekeinek kedvez. Erre hivatkozva az Arab Liga is közölte,
hogy nem tekinti tárgyalási alapnak a tervet. Az egyoldalúnak tekintett
béketerv miatt a palesztinok immár méltányos közvetítőnek sem fogadják el az
Egyesült Államokat, és Szaeb Erekat palesztin főtárgyaló amiatt is bírálta az
amerikai kormányt, mert állításuk szerint Pompeo látogatásával összefüggésben a
palesztin felet meg sem keresték.
„A Trump-kormány összejátszik Izraellel annexiós terve
végrehajtásában, amivel egyszerre ássák el a palesztinok jogait és köpik szembe

hivatal vezetője, aki az államfő nevében felügyeli az ukrán küldöttség
tevékenységét a háromoldalú kapcsolattartó csoportban, megjegyezte, hogy ez az
elnöki rendelet kiegészíti az ukrán küldöttség összetételét és meghatározza a
