A külügyminisztérium vezetője, Dmitro Kuleba elmondta, hogy Ukrajnának transzformátorokra van szüksége az energiarendszer helyreállításához és légvédelmi rendszerekre, hogy megvédje azt az orosz rakétáktól.
„Az energiarendszer helyreállításához két dologra van szükségünk: transzformátorokra, amelyek az energiarendszer legnagyobb részét képezik, és légvédelemre az infrastruktúránkat eltaláló ellenséges rakéták lelövéséhez. Tehát azzal, hogy légvédelmi felszerelést ad nekünk, megtakarítja és helyreállítja energiainfrastruktúránkat is” – mondta Kuleba.
A miniszter hozzátette, hogy az orosz rakéták elleni védelmi rendszerek nélkül tovább folytatódik az energiaválság, mivel a rendszert a javítások után újra megsemmisítik.

Varsó arra kérte Berlint, hogy inkább Ukrajnába küldje a felajánlott Patriot légvédelmi rakétarendszert – közölte Mariusz Blaszczak lengyel védelmi miniszter szerdán.
Blaszczak a Twitteren azt írta: a folytatódó orosz rakétatámadások láttán megkérte Németországot, hogy szállítsa Ukrajnába a Lengyelországnak felajánlott légvédelmi rendszert, és az ország nyugati határán telepítse azt.
Ez meg fogja védeni Ukrajnát a további halálesetektől és áramkimaradásoktól, és növelni fogja biztonságunkat keleti határunkon – magyarázta a tárcavezető.
Christine Lambrecht német védelmi miniszter hétfőn felajánlotta: Berlin az amerikai gyártmányú Patriot-ütegek, valamint brit gyártmányú Eurofighter vadászgépek ideiglenes telepítésével támogatja Lengyelország védelmi erőit. Blaszczak még aznap jelezte: Varsó elfogadja a felajánlást. Akkor még arról volt szó, hogy a határ lengyel oldalán telepítik az ütegeket – adta hírül az MTI.
Németország azt követően ajánlotta fel Lengyelországnak a Patriot-rendszert, hogy robbanás történt a kelet-lengyelországi Przewodów településen, két ember halálát okozva. A részleges vizsgálati eredmények alapján Varsó közölte: feltehetőleg az ukrán légvédelem egyik, szovjet gyártmányú rakétája csapódott be. Az esetet „tragikus kimenetelű balesetnek” nevezték.

Spanyolország további két Hawk légvédelmi rendszert tervez átadni Ukrajnának légvédelmi szükségletekre.
A hírt az RBK-Ukrajna közölte az Infodefensára hivatkozva.
„Még két rendszert pontosan azért küldünk, mert a NATO felkért minket, hogy segítsünk Ukrajnának. Szilárdan elkötelezettek vagyunk Ukrajna mellett” – mondta a spanyol védelmi miniszter.
Ezenkívül a közeljövőben 64 ukrán katona érkezik Toledóba kiképzésre. További 21 katona tanulja a 105 mm-es tarackok használatát a héten az ország délkeleti részén fekvő Almeriában.
Spanyolországnak kéthavonta körülbelül 400 ukrán katonát van lehetősége kiképezni.

A következő hetekben Ukrajna jó híreket vár a fegyveres erők légvédelmi és rakétaelhárító kapacitásával kapcsolatban – jelentette be Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök szombat esti videüzenetében, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint az elnök elmondta: „a haditanács soros ülésén a rakéta- és drónterror elleni intézkedéseket fontolgattuk, és ebben a tekintetben már elég jelentős eredmények születtek, magasabb lett a lelőtt támadó objektumok aránya, de van még munka, amit el kell végezni.”
Az államfő szerint Ukrajnának biztosítania kell légterének teljes védelmét, és ennek érdekében mindent megtesznek, ami „lehetséges és ami lehetetlen”. „Az elkövetkező hetekben jó híreket várunk Ukrajna légvédelmével és rakétaelhárításával kapcsolatban” – hangsúlyozta Volodimir Zelenszkij.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy Zelenszkij nemrég Olaf Scholz német kancellárral tárgyalt az Ukrajna feletti légvédelmi ernyőről.
Emmanuel Macron francia elnök megígérte Volodimir Zelenszkij elnöknek, hogy Franciaország segít Kijevnek megerősíteni légvédelmet.

Olekszij Reznyikov védelmi miniszter bejelentette, hogy Ukrajna ebben a hónapban megkapja a NASAMS rakétarendszereket, amelyek a légvédelem erősítését segítik majd elő.
Elmondása szerint az ukrán szakemberek már tanulják a NASAMS komplexumok kezelését, az első szállítmányok októberben várhatók. Megjegyezte, hogy az ukrán katonák a német IRIS-T légvédelmi rendszerrel való munkavégzést is gyakorolják, amelyek szintén ebben a hónapban érkeznek meg.
A NASAMS (National/Norwegian Advanced Surface to Air Missile System) norvég-amerikai gyártású, közepes hatótávolságú, hálózatalapú légvédelmi rakétarendszer, amely az AMRAAM légiharc-rakétán alapul. A NASAMS többféle rakétát képes alkalmazni, amelyek hatótávolsága típustól függően 8 és 40 km közé tehető. A rendszert jelenleg 15 ország hadereje alkalmazza.
