A jelentés szerint a haditanács ülésén Olekszandr Szirszkij, a keleti csapatcsoport parancsnoka és Olekszandr Tarnavszkij, a Tavria hadműveleti-stratégiai csapatok parancsnoka beszámolt a frontvonalon kialakult helyzetről. „Meghallgattuk Szirszkij tábornok jelentését, akinek egységei elsöprő erővel megállították az ellenséget, sőt bizonyos irányban vissza is szorították. Meghatároztuk a kiemelt szükségleteiket és tájékozódtunk az új dandárok felszereléssel és lőszerrel való felszerelésének üteméről” – közölte az államfő.
A haditanács résztvevői meghallgatták Valerij Zaluzsnij, a fegyveres erők főparancsnoka, Olekszij Reznyikov védelmi miniszter és Olekszandr Kamisin stratégiai ipari miniszter beszámolóját is. „Minden hosszú távú lőszer- és rakétaszállítási szerződésünket egyeztettük – jelezte Volodimir Zelenszkij.
