A tervek szerint a magyar és az ukrán külügyminiszter Beregszászon részt fog venni a II. Rákóczi Ferenc Kárpátaljai Magyar Főiskola ünnepélyes tanévnyitó ünnepségén is. Szijjártó Péter és Dmitro Kuleba egyetértettek abban, hogy Kárpátalja fejlődése Ukrajna és Magyarország kapcsolatainak közös sikertörténete lehet. A miniszterek azt is hangsúlyozzák: Magyarország és Ukrajna baráti viszonya fontos a közép-európai térség stabilitása szempontjából is.

Telefonon tájékoztatta washingtoni tárgyalásairól Szergej Lavrov orosz külügyminisztert Aleksandar Vucic szerb elnök – közölte vasárnap a moszkvai diplomáciai tárca.
A külügyminisztérium szerint Lavrov hangsúlyozta a „Koszovó ügyében történt óraegyeztetés kontextusában”, hogy Oroszország álláspontja változatlan, miszerint a tartós rendezést az ENSZ BT 1244-es határozata alapján kell keresni. A telefonbeszélgetésről készült szerb tájékoztatás azt emelte ki, hogy a felek közötti viszony „őszintén baráti”, valamint, hogy Belgrád és Moszkva folytatja közös projektjeit és támogatni fogja egymást a nemzetközi porondon. Vucic „történelmi jelentőségűnek” minősítette Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök közelgő szerbiai látogatását. Korábban a Fehér Ház közölte, hogy a szerb és a koszovói fél Washingtonban megállapodott a gazdasági kapcsolatok rendezéséről. Vucicot és Avdullah Hoti koszovói miniszterelnököt az aláírási szertartást megelőzően röviden fogadta Donald Trump amerikai elnök.
A szerb sajtó kiemelte, hogy Belgrád és Pristina egyezségéből kimaradt az egymás kölcsönös elismeréséről és a nemzeti kisebbségek kölcsönös védelméről rendelkező cikkely. A washingtoni találkozót követően bírálatot váltott ki szerb vezetők részéről, hogy Marija Zaharova orosz külügyi szóvivő a Facebookon egy fotót és rosszul elsült megjegyzést fűzött ahhoz a felvételhez, amely Vucicot az íróasztala mögött helyet foglaló Trumppal szemben ülve ábrázolta.
„Ha önt meghívták a FH-ba és úgy állították be az ön székét, mintha kihallgatáson lenne, üljön úgy, mint a kettes számú fotón” – írta Zaharova, akinek a protokollkép alá az Elemi ösztön című amerikai filmnek azt a pillanatát ábrázolja, amikor a nyomozók előtt rövid szoknyában ülő Sharon Stone épp arra készül, hogy megcserélje a keresztbe vetett lábát. Bejrútban fogadta Haszan Naszralláh, a Hezbollah libanoni siíta mozgalom vezetője Iszmáil Hanijét, a palesztin radikális, iszlamista Hamász első emberét, akivel az Izrael és az arab országok kapcsolatainak rendezéséről tárgyaltak – jelentette vasárnap az al-Manar arab hírcsatorna.
Hanije szerda óta tartózkodik Libanonban. Látogatásának aktualitását az adja, hogy az Egyesült Arab Emírségek és Izrael augusztusban bejelentette, hogy normalizálják kapcsolataikat. Bírálói a megállapodást a palesztinok ügyének elárulásaként értékelték. Az arab államok nagy része nem ismeri el Izrael államot.
Az Al-Manar arab hírcsatorna tudósítása szerint Naszralláh és Hanije áttekintette Palesztina, Libanon és a térség politikai és katonai fejleményeit, valamint a „palesztin ügyre leselkedő fenyegetéseket”, köztük az arab normalizációs terveket Izraellel.
A két iszlamista vezető hangsúlyozta, hogy a két szervezet szövetsége szilárd, az Izraellel szembeni „ellenállás tengelye” pedig stabil.
Sem a találkozó időpontját, sem helyszínét nem közölték. Naszralláh mintegy tíz éve rejtőzködik, és nagyon ritkán jelenik meg nyilvánosan.
Hanije Libanon legnagyobb palesztin menekülttáborába is ellátogatott, ahol hatalmas tömeg fogadta, és arról beszélt, hogy a Hamász rakétái pár éve még csak pár kilométerre voltak képesek eljutni a Gázai övezettől, de ma már Tel-Avivot is képesek elérni. A G7-es csoport országainak kijevi nagyköveteivel találkozott csütörtökön Denisz Smihal miniszterelnök, aki a diplomatákkal a többi között az ukrajnai helyhatósági választások kérdését és a Covid-19 terjedése ellen hozott kijevi intézkedéseket vitatta meg – adta hírül az unn.com.ua hírportál.

Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök és Mike Pompeo, amerikai külügyminiszter telefonbeszélgetést folytattak, amelynek során megvitatták a Donbaszi békefolyamatot. Zelenszkij ígéretet tett arra, hogy megakadályozza Ukrajna beavatkozását az amerikai választásokba.
„Beszéltem Pompeóval. Az államtitkár üdvözölte, hogy sikerült elérni a tűzszünetet Donbaszon. 31 napja nincs veszteség a katonák soraiban. Ezt munkánk, valamint az Egyesült Államok és Európa támogatása tette lehetővé. Köszönjük a területi egység és a Kongresszus kétpárti támogatását” – írta Zelenszkij szerda este Twitteren.
A telefonbeszélgetés során Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök ígéretet tett, hogy megakadályozza Ukrajna beavatkozását az Egyesült Államok választási folyamatába. Egyes politikusok nyilatkozatai pedig provokációk – olvasható az államfő honlapján.
„…És egyes politikusok bizonyos kijelentésekre tett kísérletei Ukrajna és az Egyesült Államok közös ellenfelei egyértelműen provokatív megnyilvánulásai” – áll a közleményben.
A felek számos nemzetközi kérdést is megvitattak, beleértve a belorusz helyzetet is.
„A lényeg az, hogy stabilizálódjon a helyzet Fehéroroszországban, hogy békés rendezés legyen. Ukrajna soha nem avatkozott be, és nem tervezi, hogy beavatkozik bármely állam választásába” – hangsúlyozta Zelenszkij. Egyben reményét fejezte ki, hogy a belorusz nép akarata a közeljövőben megvalósul.

Hétvégi brüsszeli munkalátogatása során Denisz Smihal miniszterelnök kijelentette, hogy meg kell találni a lehetőséget a közös légtérről szóló megállapodás minél hamarabbi aláírására Ukrajna és az Európai Unió között – adta hírül vasárnap az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál a kormány honlapjára hivatkozva.
A kormányközlemény szerint a miniszterelnök brüsszeli találkozói során reményét fejezte ki, hogy már a legközelebbi jövőben sikerül elkezdeni a Keleti Partnerség hatodik csúcstalálkozója közös nyilatkozatának kidolgozását. Smihal aláhúzta, hogy a feleknek maximális erőfeszítéseket kell tenniük azoknak a feladatoknak a teljesítése érdekében, amelyeket mostanáig nem sikerült megvalósítani a 2020-ig terjedő időszak célkitűzései közül. Ezek között említette a közös légtérről szóló megállapodás aláírását, hangsúlyozva, hogy meg kell találni a lehetőséget a szerződés minél hamarabbi aláírására.
A kormányfő azt is megjegyezte, hogy számít az Európai Bizottság támogatására a kérdést illetően. „A megállapodás aláírása hozzájárulna az ukrán repülőgépipar fejlesztéséhez, a légi járatok és a légi utasszállítás növeléséhez” – tette hozzá Denisz Smihal.

A hadászati stabilitásról és a fegyverzet-ellenőrzésről tárgyalt egymással telefonon Vlagyimir Putyin orosz és Donald Trump amerikai elnök, különös tekintettel Oroszország és az Egyesült Államok felelősségére a nemzetközi béke és biztonság fenntartásának ügyében – közölte csütörtökön a Kreml sajtószolgálata.
A moszkvai tájékoztatás szerint a felek megerősítették a hadászati támadófegyverek csökkentéséről és korlátozásáról szóló egyezményről folytatott konzultációk aktualitását. Putyin és Trump hangsúlyozta annak az orosz kezdeményezésnek a fontosságát, amely szorgalmazza, hogy az ENSZ Biztonsági Tanácsa öt állandó tagjának vezetői vitassák meg a nemzetközi biztonság problémáinak széles körét.
Szó esett az iráni nukleáris program körül kialakult helyzetről, és hangsúlyt kapott a nukleáris fegyverek leterjedése elleni kollektív erőfeszítések szükségessége.
A Kreml által konstruktívnak és tartalmasnak minősített eszmecsere során a felek kölcsönösen kifejezték készségüket a kétoldalú kereskedelmi és gazdasági együttműködés fejlesztésére és pozitívan értékelték a koronavírus-fertőzés terjedése elleni harcban való együttműködést.
A két elnök felköszöntötte egymást a Szojuz–Apollo szovjet–amerikai közös űrrepülés 45. évfordulója alkalmából és megállapodott a kétoldalú kapcsolattartás több szinten való folytatásáról.

2020. július 6-án, hétfőn Irina Venediktova főügyész hivatalában fogadta a G7 és az Európai Unió nagyköveteit – számolt be a Főügyészség sajtószolgálata.
A magas rangú vendégekkel folytatott találkozón a főügyész beszámolt az ügyészség reformjáról, az ügyészek minősítéséről és az intézmény humán erőforrásának frissítéséről. „A főügyészi hivatalba jelenleg a rendszeren kívüli jelölteket toborzunk, akik úgy döntöttek, hogy ügyészek szeretnének lenni, részt vettek az elméleti és a gyakorlati képzés minden szakaszában. Folytatjuk a pályázati kiírásokat. Jogászokra, szakemberekre számítunk, új vérre, amely lendületet ad intézményünk fejlődésének. Ugyanakkor napi szinten készítünk interjúkat a regionális ügyészségek ügyészeivel. Megújítjuk és megtisztítjuk önmagunkat, hogy a legjobbak a legjobban védhessék a törvényt. És nagyon hálásak vagyunk partnereinknek az ügyészség megújításában nyújtott támogatásáért és segítségéért” – mondta Irina Venediktova.
A találkozón jelenlévő diplomaták üdvözölték a reformok folytatását, és további támogatásról biztosították a Főügyészséget az átalakulás útján. A nagykövetek érdeklődtek a Korrupcióellenes Ügyészség vezetőjének pályázatával kapcsolatban, ugyanis ez évben lejár a mandátuma. Ezzel kapcsolatban Irina Venediktova elmondta, hogy folyamatban van a pályázati bizottság tagjainak meghatározása. Az Ügyészek Tanácsa már delegálta négy képviselőjét. A Parlament rendfenntartó tevékenységekkel foglalkozó szakbizottsága hét képviselőjéről döntött már. A bizottság összetételét a parlamenti képviselők hagyják jóvá.
A múlt hónap végén Irina Venediktova beszámolt első 100 napjáról, és a letartóztatásokról. Ezt egy speciális videoüzenetben közölte. „100 napja vagyok hivatalban, ezalatt szervezem az intézmények tevékenységét és koordinálom a bűnüldöző szervek munkáját a bűnözés elleni küzdelemben. Mit vár tőlem a társadalom? Természetesen „letartóztatásokat”. Vannak. Igaz, hogy a rács mögött nem a legkorruptabb tisztviselők és politikusok vannak- de ez még előttünk van” – ígérte Venediktova. Közülük 28 ember korrupciós bűncselekményt követett el, hét bűncselekmény különösen nagy léptékű károkat okozott, 40 személy szervezett csoport és bűnszervezetek tagja. Irina Venediktova hangsúlyozta, hogy az ügyészek eljárási irányítása alatt a bűnüldöző szervek több mint 1,4 millió büntetőeljárást vizsgálnak, és több mint 30 000 ügy került bíróság elé. Összességében meg kell jegyezni, hogy 816 bűnügyi korrupciós ügyben elkészült a vádirat, 630-at már benyújtottak a bíróságnak. „Jelenleg a bíróság 167 korrupt tisztviselőt ítélt el és majdnem 100 millió hrivnya kárt térítettek meg” – mondta Ukrajna Főügyésze. Venediktova asszony szerint több mint ezer költségvetési bűncselekménnyel kapcsolatos eljárást indítottak, 829 esetben már benyújtották a vádiratot a bírósághoz, több mint 260 ítéletet hirdettek ki.

67 millió dolláros hitelkeret, az M3-as autópálya kiépítése Ukrajna határáig, az összes határátkelő megnyitása – ezek a legfontosabb eredmények Szijjártó Péter magyar, és Dmitro Kuleba ukrán külügyminiszter mai találkozójának Kijevben.
67 millió dolláros hitelkeretet biztosít a magyar Eximbank a hazai és az ukrán vállalatok közötti kereskedelem elősegítésére – egyebek mellett ez volt az egyik eredménye Szijjártó Péter magyar, és Dmitro Kuleba ukrán külügyminiszter találkozójának ma Kijevben. A két külügyminiszter ukrán–magyar gazdasági vegyesbizottság ülésén vett részt. Dmitro Kuleba „kollégájának és barátjának” nevezte Szijjártó Pétert, és mindketten az együttműködés és a közös kapcsolatok fejlesztésének a fontosságát emelték ki, amellett, hogy megoldandó vitás kérdések is fennállnak Kárpátalján. – Látjuk azt, hogy a kis megbeszélések eredményei megvalósulnak. (…) Minél több ilyen lépést fogunk tenni, annál több közös projektet tudunk megvalósítani – mondta Kuleba a találkozó utáni sajtótájékoztatón.
Legkésőbb hétfő reggel valamennyi határátkelő megnyílik majd Magyarország és Ukrajna között, a jelenlegi szabályok betartásával. A korábbi egy átkelő helyett így jövő héttől mind az öt átlépési pont elérhető lesz. A jelenlegi szabályok szerint magyar állampolgár korlátlanul léphet be Magyarország területére, míg ukrán állampolgár tranzitforgalmi céllal, vagy 24 óráig a határ 30 kilométeres körzetében tartózkodhat az országban. Arról egyelőre nincs adat, hogy mikor indulhat újra a rendszeres légi- és vasúti közlekedés a két ország között.
Szijjártó Péter elmondta azt is, hogy a beregszászi kórház modernizációja közös ukrán–magyar együttműködésben fog megvalósulni, az M3-as autópálya pedig 2023-ig eléri Ukrajna határait. Kijev is biztosította a magyar felet, hogy ukrán gyorsforgalmi út fogja majd várni addigra a magyar sztrádát. A magyar külügyminiszter emlékeztetett arra is, hogy továbbra is elérhető az 50 millió dolláros hitelkeret Kárpátalja számára útépítésekre. – Magyarország abban érdekelt, hogy egy sikertörténet legyen Kárpátalja – hangsúlyozta Szijjártó.
Szijjártó és Kuleba egy hónapon belül már másodszorra találkoznak: az ukrán külügy vezetője május 29-én autóval érkezett Budapestre, hogy a Kárpátalja esetében fennálló vitás kérdésekről tárgyaljon. A magyar részről bírált ukrán oktatási törvény ügye, amely miatt a miniszteri szintű NATO-üléseket blokkoljuk, a sajtótájékoztatón nem került szóba. A Magyar Nemzetnek nyilatkozó egyik diplomáciai forrás szerint a két ország minisztériuma Orbán Viktor magyar kormányfő és Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök júliusi találkozójának az előkészítésén dolgozik, amihez mindenképpen fontos, kézzelfogható eredmények kellene Budapest és Kijev kapcsolatában.
