A Harkiv térségében végrehajtott ukrán ellentámadás után van remény a háború befejezésére, de kizárólag az Ukrajna által megszabott békefeltételek mellett – jelentette ki vasárnap Josep Borrell, az Európai Unió kül- és biztonságpolitikai főképviselője egy lapinterjúban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Borrell a Le Journal du Dimanche című francia lapnak nyilatkozva úgy vélte, hogy az ukrán offenzíva után három tanulságot levonása fontos: „most az ukrán erők saját tempójukat kényszerítik rá az ellenségre”, ez a siker „megerősíti az európai választást”, az EU-nak „erősítenie kell Ukrajna támogatását”. „Meg kell erősíteni Ukrajna támogatását katonai és gazdasági szükségleteinek jelentős kielégítésével. Nincsenek illúziók, Putyin nem adja fel önszántából, és az ellenségeskedések sokáig elhúzódhatnak. A Harkiv térségében végrehajtott ukrán ellentámadást követően azonban lehetséges, hogy van remény a háború befejezésére” – mutatott rá.
Mint az európai diplomácia vezetője hangsúlyozta: „ha Ukrajna még nem nyerte meg a háborút, úgy Oroszország valószínűleg elveszíti azt”. „Először be kell fejeznünk a háborút jóval azelőtt, hogy békét köthetünk. Az ukránoknak és egyedül nekik kell meghatározniuk a jövőbeni békefeltételeket. Mindazonáltal elképzelhetjük, hogy ez logikusan magában foglalja az ukrán területről való kivonulást, az agresszor pénzügyi hozzájárulását azon országnak okozott háborús károk helyreállításához, amelyet szisztematikusan meg akart semmisíteni, a háborús bűnök erkölcsi és büntetőjogi elítélését, amelynek mértékét sajnos még nem ismerjük” – zárta gondolatait Josep Borrell.

Péntekre, február 11-re Harkivba hívta össze 15:30 órára a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) kihelyezett ülését Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál szerdán az RNBO sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A közlemény szerint Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök döntésének megfelelően az RNBO 2022. február 11-én 15:30 órai kezdettel tartja kihelyezett ülését Harkivban, a Harkiv Megyei Állami Adminisztráció épületében, a Szumszka utca 64. sz. alatt. Olekszij Danilov RNBO-titkár sajtótájékoztatója 17:30 órakor kezdődik.
A közlemény nem részletezte, hogy mi szerepel majd a tanácskozás napirendjén. Egyáltalán nem valószínű, hogy az orosz csapatok elfoglalják Harkivot, ma már nem létezik 100 százalékos valószínűség – jelentette ki Olekszij Reznyikov védelmi miniszter hétfőn a Levij Bereg hírportálnak adott interjújában.
A jelentés szerint a miniszter azt mondta: „a dél-keleti rész szintén Oroszországgal közös határ. És elnézést kérek, de Harkiv megye határa ugyancsak Oroszországgal közös határ.” Újságírói kérdésére, hogy mekkora a valószínűsége Harkiv orosz megszállásának, amit Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök nemrég bejelentett, Reznyikov azt válaszolta: „ennek nincs valószínűsége”. Hozzátette, „megmagyarázom, miért. Mert ha valószínűségről beszélünk, akkor ez a kifejezést tekintve 100% valószínűség. Ha a valószínűség-elméletet vesszük, akkor a valószínűség 100%-a valószínűség. Ilyen 100% nem létezik.
A tárcavezető megjegyezte: Oroszország pontosan kidolgozza a különféle inváziós terveket arra az esetre, ha megfelelő politikai döntés születik. „Ezért délről, a tengerről és keletről is fennáll a támadás valószínűsége. Többet mondok, a szakadár köztársaságok felől is van valószínűség. Különféle tervek készülnek. De tudom, hogy ilyen valószínűség a mai állapotoknak megfelelően nincs” – összegezte Olekszij Reznyikov.

Ihor Tyerehov, Harkiv polgármestere Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök állítására válaszolta, miszerint a várost megszállhatják az oroszok, kijelentette: Harkiv ukrán volt és az is lesz, mert nemcsak a harkoviak, hanem minden ukrán a védelmére kel – közölte az Ukrajnszka Pravda hírportál pénteken a harkivi városvezető Telegram-bejegyzésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Tyerehov azt írta: „Harkiv polgárai! Harkov ukrán város volt és lesz is, a lakói az egy és oszthatatlan Ukrajna polgárai. És aki meg akarja szállni Harkivot, annak meg kell értenie, hogy nemcsak a harkiviak kelnek kedvenc városuk védelmére, hanem az összes ukrán.”
A polgármester arról biztosított, hogy a város kész „határozott választ adni a potenciális betolakodónak”, mivel „minden erő és eszköz megvan Harkiv védelmére”. Mint hozzátette: megérti, hogy „a nyugalomra való felszólítások gyakran ellenkező hatást váltanak ki”, de kijelentette, hogy „nincs ok az aggodalomra, és Harkiv továbbra is békés égbolt alatt fog sikeresen fejlődni. „Harkiv mindig lesz, és Ukrajna mindig lesz!” – hangoztatta Ihor Tyerehov.

A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij az újságnak nyilatkozva azt mondta: „őszintén megmondom, ha Oroszország tovább eszkalálja a helyzetet, akkor természetesen ezt azokon a területeken fogja tenni, ahol történelmileg olyan emberek élnek, akiknek rokoni kapcsolataik voltak Oroszországgal.” Hozzátette, hogy „az ukrán kormány irányítása alatt álló Harkivot megszállhatják.
Az elnök szerint Oroszországnak csak ürügyre van szüksége a támadáshoz. „Azt mondják, hogy az orosz ajkú lakosságot védik. A Krím megszállása után tudjuk, hogy ez lehetséges és megtörténhet. De nem tudom, mit fognak tenni, mert ezek nagyvárosok.
