Oroszország a tűzszünetet Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök követeléseinek teljesítésétől teszi függővé, és mivel Moszkva nem akarja befejezni a háborút, Kijev sem tudja megállítani azt – jelentette ki csütörtökön Dmitro Kuleba külügyminiszter az orosz kollégájával, Szergej Lavrovval folytatott törökországi megbeszélés utáni sajtótájékoztatóján, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint az ukrán diplomácia vezetője azt mondta: „nem állíthatjuk meg a háborút, ha az agressziót és támadást végrehajtó ország nem akarja ezt megtenni. Ma azt hallottam, hogy a tűzszünet az Orosz Föderáció részéről Putyin elnök Ukrajnával szembeni követeléseinek a teljesítéséhez kötődik.”
Mint Kuleba hangsúlyozta, „ezzel kapcsolatban szeretném még egyszer megerősíteni, hogy Ukrajna nem adta meg magát, nem adja meg magát, és nem fogja megadni magát. Készen állunk a diplomáciára, diplomáciai megoldásokat keresünk, de egyelőre ilyenek még nincsenek.” Kiemelte, „megvédjük népünket az orosz agressziótól.”
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy Putyin a következő feltételeket nevezte meg az Ukrajna elleni háború befejezéséhez: a Krím annektálásának elismerése, az úgynevezett „LDNR” elismerése Donyeck és Luhanszk megyék határain belül, Ukrajna demilitarizálása, Ukrajna nácitlanítása.

Lengyelországban az ukrán határ közelében találkozott szombaton Antony Blinken amerikai külügyminiszter ukrán kollégájával Dmitro Kuleba – jelentette az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A kiadvány szerint Kuleba utazását eddig hivatalosan nem jelentették be. Dmitro Kuleba felszólította az összes vállalatot, hogy szüntessék be az együttműködést Oroszországgal, és megismételte a Nyugathoz intézett felhívását, hogy segítsen Ukrajnának harci repülőgépekkel, légvédelemmel és repüléstilalmi övezet bevezetésével, amire a NATO nem áll készen.

Putin’s and Lavrov’s irresponsible statements on the possible use of nuclear weapons are absolutely unacceptable. Ukraine won’t give in. We call on all nuclear powers to speak out now and make it clear to Russia that such rhetorics put the world at risk and will not be tolerated.
The suggested elements of the upcoming EU sanctions package on Russia do not correspond to the scale of Putin’s escalation and the threat he poses to Europe and the whole world. We encourage the EU to hit Putin harder in order to stop him. This is a crucial moment.

„Az ukrán és orosz delegáció megtartotta az első tárgyalást, melynek a legfőbb célja a tűzszünet bevezetése volt Ukrajna területén. Orosz küldöttség érkezett Fehéroroszországba, hogy tárgyalásokat folytasson az ukrán féllel – jelentette be Dmitrij Peszkov, a Kreml szóvivője vasárnap Moszkvában.
„Az elért megállapodásnak megfelelően a külügyminisztérium, a védelmi minisztérium és más hivatalok, köztük az elnöki adminisztráció képviselőiből álló orosz delegáció érkezett Fehéroroszországba, hogy tárgyalásokat folytasson az ukránokkal” – mondta.
„Készen állunk arra, hogy Gomelben megkezdjük ezeket a tárgyalásokat.”
Peszkov azt mondta, hogy az ukrán fél választotta ki Gomelt a tárgyalások helyszínéül. Az orosz küldöttséget Vlagyimir Megyinszkij orosz elnöki tanácsadó vezeti. Hozzátette, hogy Oroszország ezúttal a tárgyalások idejére nem fogja felfüggeszteni a hadműveletet Ukrajnában, ahogy ezt korában tette.
A Kreml szóvivője szombaton azt mondta, hogy Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök pénteken leállította az orosz főerők előre nyomulását a tárgyalások reményében. Narratívája szerint miután az ukrán fél elutasította a párbeszédet, a hadművelet folytatódott.
Az orosz küldöttséget vezető Megyinszkij vasárnap a minszki orosz nagykövetségen közölte a sajtóval, hogy az orosz fél kezeskedett az ukrán tárgyalódelegáció biztosságáról, amelynek útvonalát szerinte a felek részletesen egyeztették. Bejelentette, hogy Oroszország közép-európai idő szerint 13 óráig várja Ukrajnától a megerősítést, hogy a tárgyalások mellett döntött és akkor az orosz delegáció elindul Gomelbe.
Volodimir Zelenszkij vasárnap, Megyinszkij bejelentését megelőzően elutasította gomeli tárgyalásokat és azt mondta, hogy bármelyik Fehéroroszországon kívüli város megfelel a megbeszélések helyszínéül.
„Varsó, Pozsony, Budapest, Isztambul, Baku. Mindegyiket javasoltuk. Bármely más város megfelelne nekünk, amíg nem lőnek ránk rakétákat a területükről” – mondta.
Igor Konasenkov vezérőrnagy, az orosz védelmi minisztérium szóvivője bejelentette, hogy önként letette a fegyvert és megadta magát szombaton Harkivban az ukrán fegyveres erők 302. rakétavédelmi ezrede. Konasenkov szerint az őrizetbe vett 471 ukrán katonát a vonatkozó dokumentálás elvégzése után haza fogják engedni. A szóvivő azt állította, hogy az ukrán katonák máshol is „tömegesen” tagadják meg a harcot.
A tábornok szerint a támadó hadművelet kezdete óta a „helyi hadseregcsoportok” a luhanszki „népköztársaságban” 52, a donyeckiben pedig 12 kilométert nyomultak előre. Azzal vádolta meg az ukrán Azov nacionalista zászlóaljat, hogy csütörtök délután Grad típusú rakéta-sorozatvetőkkel lőtte a Mariupol külterületén lévő Szartana falu lakónegyedeit és a 8. számú mariupoli iskolát. Mint mondta, lakóépületek pusztultak el, és civil áldozatok is voltak.
Konasenkov bejelentette, hogy az elmúlt 24 órában az orosz fegyveres erők teljesen blokád alá vették Herszon és Bergyjanszk városát, Henyicevszk városát és a Herszon melletti Csornobajivka repülőteret is ellenőrzésük alá vonták.
Az orosz invázió negyedik napjának reggelére a tábornok elmondása szerint az ukrán katonai infrastruktúra 975 létesítményét semmisítették meg, köztük 23 parancsnokságot és kommunikációs csomópont, 3 radarállomást, 31 légvédelmi rakétarendszert és 48 radarállomás.
Lelőttek nyolc harci repülőgépet és hét helikoptert, 11 pilóta nélküli légi járművet és két Tocska-U taktikai rakétát. Megsemmisítettek 223 harckocsit és egyéb páncélozott harcjármű, 28 repülőgépet (a földön), 39 rakéta-sorozatvető rendszert, 86 tüzérségi fegyvert és aknavetőt, valamint 143 darab speciális katonai járművet az orosz hadijelentés szerint.

Ukrajna kész tárgyalni Oroszországgal minden bármely olyan országban, ahonnan nem repülnek rakéták Ukrajnába, de Fehéroroszországban nem – jelentette ki Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök vasárnap a fehéroroszokhoz intézett videoüzenetében, adta hírül az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
Az elnök azt mondta, természetesen békét akarunk, tárgyalni akarunk, véget akarunk vetni a háborúnak. „Varsó, Pozsony, Budapest, Isztambul, Baku – ezt ajánlottuk fel az orosz félnek” – hangsúlyozta, megjegyezve, hogy Minszken kívül bármely más város is megfelel az ukrán félnek egy olyan országban, ahonnan nem repülnek rakéták. „Ez az egyetlen módja annak, hogy őszintén tárgyaljunk és valóban véget vessünk a háborúnak” – mutatott rá.
Zelenszkij ugyanakkor kijelentette, hogy Minszket nem Ukrajna vagy Fehéroroszország, hanem az orosz vezetés választotta lehetséges tárgyalási platformnak. „Négy napja éppen Fehéroroszországból kilőtt cirkáló rakétákkal és onnan felszálló repülőgépekkel, helikopterekkel támadták otthonainkat, embereinket. Nehéz katonai járművek indultak meg onnan. És ez egy szörnyű deja vu. Kijevet hajnali 4-kor megtámadták, valakinek olyan humorosra veszi a figurát, mint 941-ben” – mondta. Hozzáfűzte: ti aludtatok, fehérorosz testvérek, mi pedig felriadtunk. „De ti még most is alszotok. Mi viszont attól a pillanattól le sem hajtottuk a fejünket. Mert mi a hazánkért, a szabadságunkért harcolunk” – hangsúlyozta a többi között Volodimir Zelenszkij a fehérorosz néphez intézett beszédében.
Az előzmény az, hogy vasárnap reggel Dmitrij Peszkov orosz elnöki szóvivő azt közölte, hogy orosz küldöttség érkezett Fehéroroszországba az Ukrajnával való tárgyalásra.

Szijjártó Péter New York-i útja előtt jelentette be, hogy felajánlotta az ukrán és orosz feleknek, hogy Budapest szolgáljon helyszínéül a nagy találkozónak.
Természetesen Szijjártó Péter külügyminiszter is folyamatosan figyeli az eseményeket, mik történnek Ukrajnában, ahol Oroszország továbbra is támadásokat indít a célpontjai ellen. Mindkét oldalon vannak elhunytak, a pontos számok egyelőre nem ismertek, de magas számokról érkeznek információk, az oroszok oldaláról is.
Ukrajna és Oroszország hamarosan tárgyalóasztalhoz ülhet, hogy békét kössenek egymással, aminek Szijjártó is örül, hiszen a békénél nincs fontosabb. Nem született megállapodás a helyszínről, ahol lebonyolítanák ezt a csúcstalálkozót, noha Minszk és Varsó is a lehetséges opciók között szerepelt.
Szijjártó ezt követően felhívta a kollégáját, és felajánlotta, hogy Budapest lehetne a nagy találkozó helyszíne. Ezen javaslatát az ukrán kormánynak szintén jelezte, és nekik is felajánlotta az opciót, amit nem utasítottak el.
Mindkét érintett fél megköszönte a javaslatot, és egyeztetni fognak róla, így Budapest akár jó eséllyel szolgálhat helyszínéül az orosz-ukrán tárgyalásoknak, amiből béke születhet. „Őszintén remélem, hogy néhány órán, vagy napon belül megállapodás is születhet a megbeszélések megkezdéséről.” – mondta Szijjártó, aki szerint minél hamarabb ülnek tárgyalóasztalhoz a felek, annál hamarabb születhet meg a béke, illetve annál kevesebb ember hal meg a háborúban.

I had a productive phone call with Minister of Foreign Affairs of 🇭🇺 Péter Szijjártó. As a follow-up to the conversation between 🇺🇦 President @ZelenskyyUa and Prime Minister of 🇭🇺 @PM_ViktorOrban, we are working to organize a meeting between the two leaders in the near future.
