A jelentés szerint a tárcavezető hangsúlyozta, arra szeretné figyelmeztetni a „baráti Fehéroroszországgal szomszédos” öt ukrajnai megye azon lakosait, akik azt tervezik, pénzt keresnek az illegális migránsok határátlépésének a segítésén, hogy ez sérti Ukrajna nemzeti érdekeit, mert nemzetbiztonsági kérdésről van szó. A migránsok illegális határátlépéséhez segítséget nyújtó ukrán állampolgárokkal szemben a hatályos törvényeknek megfelelően fognak eljárni – mutatott rá. „Aki ilyen segítséget nyújt és pénzért árulja az országot, a komoly törvényi felelősségre lesz vonva” – figyelmeztetett.
Reznyikov ugyanakkor emlékeztetett arra, hogy 2014 áprilisában dekriminalizálták az illegális határátlépést. Ugyanakkor – folytatta – megmaradt az illegális határátlépés segítéséért a büntetőjogi felelősségrevonás.

A Legfelső Tanács csütörtöki ülésén hagyta jóvá Olekszij Reznyikov védelmi miniszterré történő kinevezését, azonnal a következő napokban várható személycserékről tett bejelentést minisztériuma és az ukrán fegyveres erők vezetésben – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az új védelmi miniszter a parlamentben újságíróknak nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy minden tervezett személycseréről konzultálni fog Valerij Zaluzsnijjal, a fegyveres erők főparancsnokával. „Úgy gondolom, hogy a Védelmi Minisztériumban szükség van kádercserékre, és azok lesznek is” – hangsúlyozta. Mint jelezte, egyelőre neveket nem említ, mert minden érintett jelölttel személyesen akar beszélni a felelős tisztségbe történő kinevezése előtt. De nagyon gyorsan, szinte napokon belül meg fog történni – helyezte kilátásba Olekszij Reznyikov.

Benyújtotta lemondását kedden védelmi miniszteri tisztségéről Andrij Taran, akinek a lemondó nyilatkozata már a Legfelső Tanács előtt van – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál parlamenti forrásra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a hírt Taran lemondásáról Tarasz Melnicsuk, a kormány parlamenti megbízottja közölte Telegram-csatornáján. Mint írta, Andrij Taran védelmi miniszter benyújtotta lemondását a Legfelső Tanácsnak.
A hírportál egyúttal emlékeztetett arra, hogy a parlament szakbizottsága kedden jóváhagyta Olekszij Reznyikovnak, az ideiglenesen megszállt területek visszaintegrálásáért felelős miniszterelnök-helyettesnek lemondását tisztségéről. Sajtóhírek szerint Reznyikov a legesélyesebb várományosa a védelmi miniszteri széknek.

Amerikai légvédelmi erők telepítését szorgalmazza Ukrajna területén Olekszij Reznyikov, az ideiglenesen megszállt területek visszaintegrálásáért felelős miniszterelnök-helyettes, szerinte azok védelmi fegyverzetként működhetnének – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál csütörtökön a helyettes kormányfő interjújára hivatkozva.
Mint Reznyikov a Liga.net hírportálnak nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy szerinte az USA korszerű, haladó technológiákkal rendelkezik. „Nem beszélünk támadó fegyverekről. Mi védelmi fegyverekről beszélünk” – tette hozzá. Hangsúlyozta, annak a híve, hogy az USA Oroszország provokálása nélkül lássa el Ukrajnát műszaki segítségnyújtásként légvédelmi eszközökkel.
A miniszterelnök-helyettes amerikai katonák ukrajnai jelenlétéről szólva elmondta, ez attól függ, hogy milyen minőségben állomásoznak az országban. „Lehetnek oktatók, kiképzők szervezők. Egyes médiumok elferdítették, amit mondtam, azt állítva, hogy Reznyikov amerikai támaszpontokat akar Ukrajnában. De éppen a katonai támaszpontok miatt kellene módosítani az alkotmányt” – mutatott rá Olekszij Reznyikov.

Az ukrán törvények megengedik amerikai csapategységek állomásoztatását Ukrajna területén, ha ez az ország biztonságát szolgálja – közölte Olekszij Reznyikov, a megszállt területek visszaintegrálásáért felelős miniszterelnök-helyettes kedden, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a Reintegrációs Minisztérium sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a helyettes kormányfő lehetségesnek tartja, hogy amerikai csapatok állomásozzanak Ukrajnában, ha így lehet fenntartani az ország biztonságát. Mint hangsúlyozta, az ukrán törvények ezt nem tiltják.
Reznyikov kiemelte: „fontos a biztonsági csomag bővítése Ukrajna számára, elsősorban a légvédelmi erők fejlesztése révén.” Szerinte ez megoldható még amerikai alakulatok állomásoztatásával is, mert ezt az ukrán törvények megengedik.

A törvényi kezdeményezést az orosz állampolgárságba önként belépő ukránok állampolgárságtól történő megfosztására aligha alkalmazzák majd a Krímben és Donbászon élő ukránokkal szemben, mert az esetükben nem lehet önkéntes állampolgárságról beszélni – jelentette ki Olekszij Reznyikov az ideiglenesen megszállt területek visszaintegrálásáért felelős miniszterelnök-helyettes egy televíziós műsorban, adta hírül szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a helyettes kormányfő az Ukrajina 24 televízió adásában elmondta, hogy az orosz állampolgársággal rendelkező ukránok nagy száma a megszállt területeken nem jelenti azt, hogy ők önként vették fel az orosz állampolgárságot. „Sokuk ezt kényszer hatására tette, mert ez túlélési stratégia” – hangoztatta.
Mint Reznyikov kifejtette, a második állampolgárság kérdése, amelyet mintegy túszként vettek fel, külön vita tárgyát fogja képezni. Ezt a kérdést az átmeneti időszakról szóló törvényben fogjuk szabályozni – mutatott rá a miniszterelnök-helyettes.

Hamarosan Ukrajna–Franciaország–Németország formátumban, Oroszország nélkül tartják meg a normandiai négyeket alkotó országok vezetőinek találkozóját – jelezte Olekszij Reznyikov, az ideiglenesen megszállt területek visszaintegrálásáért felelős miniszterelnök-helyettes egy péntek esti televíziós műsorban, adta hírül szombaton a korrespondent.net hírportál.
A helyettes kormányfő az ICTV politikai talkshowjában közölte, hogy rövid időn belül sor kerül a donbászi rendezést szolgáló háromoldalú megbeszélésre. „Úgy vélem, a normandiai négyeket alkotó vezetők közül hárman vesznek majd részt a találkozón, mert a Kreml képviselője nem lesz jelen” – tette hozzá.
Reznyikov emlékeztetett rá, hogy a donbászi helyzet eszkalációja Oroszország részéről a hibrid háború részét képező információs háború eleme. Szerinte a feszültség gerjesztése az ukrán társadalmon belüli pánikhangulat létrehozását célozza.

A srebrenicaihoz hasonló mészárlás, amire a Kremlben utaltak, nem lehetséges Ukrajnában – jelentette ki Olekszij Reznyikov, az ideiglenesen megszállt területek visszaintegrálásáért felelős miniszterelnök-helyettes egy péntek esti televíziós műsorban, adta hírül szombaton a korrespondent.net hírportál.
Dmitrij Peszkov orosz elnöki sajtótitkár pénteki nyilatkozatára reagálva, miszerint a kiterjedt hadműveletek kiújulása Donbászon a srebrenicaihoz hasonló tragédia megismétlődéséhez vezethet, a helyettes kormányfő az ICTV politikai talkshowjában hangsúlyozta, hogy Ukrajna nem tervezi Donbász erőszakos felszabadítását. Kijev mindig a politikai-diplomáciai megoldást támogatja – tette hozzá, megjegyezve, hogy erre szolgál a normandiai formátum és a minszki konzultációs tárgyalások.
Reznyikov szerint a moszkvai kijelentések az információs háború része. Azt, ami történik, mi a hibrid háború részét képező információs háború elemének tekintjük – mutatott rá. Hangsúlyozta: „nem lesz háború. Ukrajna nem tervezi, hogy válaszol a provokációkra. Nem tervezünk semmi olyat, ami okot vagy esélyt adna a megtámadásunkra.”
