Ha Oroszország beszünteti a földgáz tranzitszállítását Ukrajnán keresztül, azzal Moszkva szabad kezet kap a totális háború kirobbantásához, Kijev ugyanis sebezhetőbbé válik az Északi Áramlat-2 (ÉÁ-2) földgázvezeték beindítása által – jelentette ki Jurij Vitrenko, a Naftohaz állami gázvállalat vezérigazgatója egy lapinterjúban, adta hírül vasárnap az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Vitrenko a Financial Times című angol lapnak nyilatkozva emlékeztetett arra, hogy Oroszország már használta fegyverként az ÉÁ-2 földgázvezetéket, amikor elzárta a csapokat Európa előtt. Egyúttal annak a meggyőződésének adott hangot, hogy ez a gázvezeték sebezhetőbbé teszi Ukrajnát egy orosz invázióval szemben, mert megszűnik a visszatartó tényező. „Ha nem lesz Ukrajnán keresztül fizikai tranzit, azáltal növekszik az Oroszország és Ukrajna között totális háború kockázata minden következményével együtt” – mutatott rá.
A vezérigazgató azt is elmondta, hogy szerinte az Oroszország által Németország felé megfogalmazott követelések, valamint a politikai engedmények megtételére irányuló készség a moldvai kormánnyal kötött új gázszerződést illetően alapot teremtenek az ÉÁ-2 elleni szankciókra.

A jelentés szerint az ukrán diplomácia vezetője Ukrajna csalódottságának adott hangot a német engedélyező hatóság döntése kapcsán, amely szerint az ÉÁ-2 nem jelent kockázatot Németország és az EU földgázellátását illetően. Egyébként a kérdésben a Naftohaz már megfogalmazta álláspontját – tette hozzá.
Kuleba elmondta, hogy Ukrajna kérni fogja Németországot és dolgozni fog azon, hogy ne kapkodja el – alapos elemzés és következtetések levonása nélkül – az ÉÁ-2 engedélyezésére vonatkozó döntést. Mint rámutatott az engedélyezés kérdésében nem is német engedélyező hatóság, hanem az Európai Bizottság a meghatározó.

Kijev ellenintézkedésekkel készül arra az esetre, ha Oroszország beszüntetné a földgáz tranzitszállítását Ukrajnán keresztül, de Moszkva egyelőre nem állította le a gáz szállítását Ukrajnának – közölte Dmitro Kuleba külügyminiszter kedden Twitter-bejegyzésében, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az ukrán diplomácia vezetője azt írta: „Oroszország egyelőre nem állította le a gázszállítást Ukrajnába.” Kiemelte: „arra az esetre, ha a Kreml erre elszánja magát és lerombolja Európa földgázbeszállítói hírnevének maradékát is, nekünk van egy sor aszimmetrikus válaszlépésünk.”
Mint hírportálunk múlt pénteken beszámolt róla, Olekszij Danilov, a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) titkára bejelentette, hogy Ukrajna földgázzal támogatja Moldvát, amiért Chisinaunak nem kell fizetnie, hanem majd valamikor azt vissza kell adnia.

Ukrajna készen áll arra, hogy az elkövetkező években megvédje Európát a sokkoló gázáraktól, ehhez megvan az elegendő gáztranzit-kapacitása – jelentette ki Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök pénteken az AFP francia hírügynökségnek nyilatkozva, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij hangsúlyozta: „Ukrajnának elegendő gázszállító tranzitkapacitása van ahhoz, hogy ne csak normalizálja az energiahelyzetet, hanem hogy megvédje Európát a gázársokktól a következő években.” Hozzátette: Ukrajna kedvező feltételeket ajánl a gáz tárolásához földalatti tározóiban és engedményt is ad a tranzit árából.
Mint hírportálunk ma beszámolt róla, Zelenszkij ugyanebben az interjúban Ukrajnával közös fellépést sürgetett az Európai Unió részéről az Európa ellen kezdett orosz gázagresszió ügyében. Azzal vádolta meg Moszkvát, hogy energiaválságot kreált Európában, ezért sürgette az EU-t, hogy Kijevvel közösen szálljon szembe az orosz gázagresszióval.

A jelentés szerint Vitrenko elmondta, idén az orosz Gazprom 40 milliárd köbméter tranzitgáz-kapacitást foglalt re előre, és nem azért, hogy valami történt az ukrán gázszállító rendszerrel (GTSZ), hanem mert nem akar több gázt adni Európának. Szerinte az orosz elnök direkt csökkenti az ukrán gáztranzitot, hogy zsarolhassa Ukrajnát.
A vezérigazgató jelezte, hogy a GTSZ áteresztő képessége több mint 130-140 milliárd köbméter, de ez növelhető kiegészítő berendezés üzembe állításával. Mint fogalmazott, Ukrajnának GTSZ-tartalékkapacitása van, ami a rendszer stabilitását jelenti. Putyin csak kifogásokat keres, ezért nem akarja nevükön nevezni a dolgokat – tette hozzá Jurij Vitrenko.

A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, milyen heves vitát váltott ki Ukrajna és uniós szomszédja, Magyarország között a múlt hónapban, hogy Budapest hosszú távú földgázszállítási megállapodást írt alá Oroszországgal Ukrajna tranzitországként történő kiiktatásával. Ukrajna azt akarja, hogy az EU vizsgálja ki az ügyletet, azzal érvelve, hogy az sértheti az uniós energiaszabályokat.

A jelentés szerint Putyin egy energetikai tanácskozáson beszélve hangsúlyozta, hogy teljes mértékben be kell tartani az orosz földgáz Ukrajna területén és a gázszállító rendszeren történő tranzitszállításával kapcsolatos szerződéses kötelezettségeket. Kiemelte: „elsősorban senkit nem szabad nehéz helyzetbe hozni, Ukrajnát is beleértve, a jelenlegi orosz–ukrán viszonyt jellemző mozzanatok ellenére sem.”
Az orosz elnök felkérte Nyikolaj Sulginov energetikai minisztert, hogy vonja ellenőrzése alá az Ukrajna területén keresztül Európába irányuló gázszállításra vonatkozó kötelezettségek teljesítésének ügyét. A Gazprom orosz állami vállalatot arra utasította, hogy ne állítsa le a gáz tranzitszállítását Ukrajna területén át.

Az ukrán gázszállító rendszer majdani átállítása Európába történő hidrogénszállításra politikai projekt lesz, amely segít abban, hogy Ukrajna mint energiabeszállító elfoglalja Oroszország helyét – jelentette ki Dmitro Kuleba külügyminiszter csütörtöki sajtótájékoztatóján, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az ukrán diplomácia vezetője kifejtette: a zöld hidrogén szállítása lehetővé teszi majd Ukrajna energiabiztonságának és gazdaságának megerősítését. „Minden szempontot figyelembe véve a hidrogénenergetikai ágazat fejlesztése nem egyszerűen alternatív energiaforrás létrehozása, hanem egy nagy európai politikai projekt, amely gyökeresen módosíthatja az erőviszonyokat Európában” – mutatott rá.
Kuleba kiemelte: Ukrajna például Németország esetében elfoglalhatja Oroszország mint gázszállító helyét. „Nekünk nem kell a hidrogént kizárólag gazdasági projektnek tekintenünk, a hidrogén szállítása Európába nagy politikai projekt és az európai integráció nagyon komoly eszköze.

Oroszország nem készül a gázszállításokat arra használni, hogy más országokra, így Ukrajnára nyomást gyakoroljon – jelentette ki Dmitrij Peszkov, a Kreml szóvivője újságíróknak kedden Moszkvában.
Peszkov egy újságírói a kérdésre válaszolt, amely azt firtatta, hogy a magyar-orosz hosszú távú gázszállítási megállapodás nem az Ukrajnára való nyomásgyakorlás-e.
„Nem, ez nem így van. Oroszország a gázt sohasem használta, nem használja és nem szándékozik arra használni, hogy bárkit is megbüntessen” – mondta. Ismételten kifejezte Oroszország készségét arra, hogy szükség esetén felújítsa a közvetlen gázeladást Ukrajnának.
Hangsúlyozta, hogy a Gazprom szállításairól megkötött megállapodás, amelynek értelmében a gáz Ukrajna kikerülésével érkezik majd Magyarországra, senki érdekeit nem sérti, Kijevnek pedig nincs joga beavatkozni Moszkva és Budapest kétoldalú viszonyának ebbe az aspektusába.
„Hosszú távú szerződésről van szó, amely a gáz megbízható, kiszámítható, ütemes szállítását garantálja Magyarországra, garantált, gazdaságilag előnyös útvonalakon. Itt senki jogai sem sérülnek. Nem sérülnek a nemzetközi kereskedelem normái. És aligha jogosult bármely ország, beleértve Ukrajnát is, beavatkozni az orosz-magyar kapcsolatoknak ebbe az aspektusába” – fogalmazott a Kreml szóvivője.
A szóvivő úgy vélekedett, hogy a magyar-orosz gázmegállapodás ellen tett ukrán lépések Oroszország részéről nem követelnek meg ellenintézkedéseket. (Az ukrán külügyminisztérium hétfőn kezdeményezte az Ukrán-Magyar Kormányközi Gazdasági Vegyes Bizottság soron következő ülésének elnapolását, és jelezte, hogy az Európai Bizottsághoz fordul az ügyben.)
„Oroszország az egész európai kontinens energiabiztonságának abszolút és vitathatatlan kezese volt, és marad ” – mondta a Kreml képviselője azt az állítást kommentálva, amely szerint a Moszkva és Budapest közötti gázszerződés Ukrajna ellen irányul.
Peszkov megismételte, hogy a Kreml figyelemmel kíséri az európai gázárak alakulását, a Gazprom orosz gázipari vállalat pedig eközben teljesíti szállítási kötelezettségeit, és kész újabb szerződéseket kötni. A szóvivő szerint a gáz árát objektív tényezők befolyásolják, és a tőzsde csak részben képes „kielégíteni az ütemes fejlődés igényeit”.
Az európai gáz tőzsdei ára kedden először haladta meg az ezer köbméterenkénti ezer dollárt. Szakértői előrejelzések szerint az ár tovább növekedhet.
