A jelentés szerint az Egyesült Királyság miniszterelnöke azt mondta: „a hírszerzés nagyon világosan jelezte, hogy 60 orosz harci csoport van Ukrajna határainál. Mindenki számára nyilvánvaló a Kijevet megsemmisítő villámháború terve.” Hozzátette, világossá kell tennünk a Kreml és Oroszország számára, hogy ez katasztrofális lépés lesz.
Johnson hangsúlyozta azt is, hogy London továbbra is elkötelezett Ukrajna népének támogatása mellett, és az európai vezetők soha nem látott szankciócsomagban állapodtak meg Oroszország ellen, ha az a támadás mellett dönt.
A britek azt is közölték, hogy az orosz invázió veszélye miatt a kijevi brit nagykövetség személyzetének fele elhagyja az ukrán fővárost. Mindazonáltal körülbelül 30 brit diplomata, köztük a nagykövet Ukrajnában marad.

Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök ellen tüntettek az ukrán fővárosban, Kijevben vasárnap azzal a céllal, hogy a nemzetközi közösség figyelmét ráirányítsák Oroszország ukrajnai és kazahsztáni beavatkozására a Moszkva és a Nyugat között a jövő hétre tervezett tárgyalások előtt.
A demonstráción az Ukrinform hírügynökség jelentése szerint több százan vettek részt, köztük krími tatár vezetők, a Donyec-medencei válságövezetben szolgált ukrán veteránok, kazahsztáni és azerbajdzsáni aktivisták. A tüntetők felszólították a demokratikus államok vezetőit, hogy mondjanak nemet Putyinnak, és ne engedjenek a Kreml ultimátumainak.
„Putyin célja a Szovjetunió újjáépítése, a világszövetségek lerombolása, a világ káoszba sodrása. A mi feladatunk ennek megállítása, megelőzése, feladatunk, hogy nemet mondjunk Putyinnak. Putyin népirtást hajt végre a krími tatárok között, háborúkat indított a volt Szovjetunió teljes egészében. Ma látjuk az orosz csapatok invázióját Kazahsztánban, láttuk a háborúkat Grúzia ellen, és háború dúl Ukrajnában, amit Putyin indított el” – idézte az Ukrinform a megmozdulás szervezőit.
Refat Csubarov krími tatár vezető a tüntetésen felszólalva kijelentette: az országot Oroszország részéről fenyegető magas szintű veszély és „Kazahsztán orosz csapatok általi megszállása” közepette a krími tatár közösség elvárja, hogy Ukrajnáról ne döntsenek Ukrajna bevonása nélkül. Ezen felül követelte, hogy a Nyugat határozza meg pontosan és egyértelműen az Oroszországgal folytatott tárgyalásainak célját. Hozzátette: az ukránoknak pedig egyértelműen kifejezésre kell juttatniuk, hogy a céljuk az ukrán állam területi integritásának helyreállítása, beleértve ebbe az Oroszország által 2014-ben önkényesen elcsatolt Krím félszigetet, valamint az ország felségvizeit a Fekete- és Azovi-tengeren. Ezen felül sürgette az ukránok mozgósítását az ország védelmére.
Az utóbbi időben a Nyugat és Oroszország viszonya feszültté vált. Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnök jogilag rögzített garanciákat követelt, amelyek kizárják a NATO további bővítését keleti irányba és fegyverek telepítését Ukrajnába, mert mindez szerinte veszélyezteti Oroszország biztonságát. Jens Stoltenberg NATO-főtitkár és az észak-atlanti szövetség több tagállamának vezetői visszautasították Moszkva e követelését.
A tervek szerint január 10-én kezdődnek tárgyalások az Egyesült Államok és Oroszország között az Ukrajna körül kialakult feszültségről. Moszkva és a NATO képviselői várhatóan január 12-én találkoznak, Oroszország az Európai Biztonsági és Együttműködési Szervezettel (EBESZ) pedig január 13-án folytat tárgyalásokat.
Olekszij Danyilov, az ukrán Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) titkára december 22-i sajtótájékoztatóján azt mondta, hogy Oroszország jelenleg 122 ezer katonát állomásoztat Ukrajna határainak közvetlen közelében.

Az orosz fegyveres erők vezérkara megfenyegette Ukrajnát, hogy reagálni fog a provokációira Donbászon – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál csütörtökön a TASZSZ orosz hírügynökségre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a fenyegető bejelentést Valerij Geraszimov orosz vezérkari főnök tette. Mint hangsúlyozta, a kelet-ukrajnai helyzet súlyosbodik, mert a helikopterek, pilóta nélküli légi járművek és repülőgépek Ukrajnának történő szállítása drasztikus és veszélyes lépésekre készteti az ukrán hatóságokat. „Kijev nem tartja be a minszki megállapodásokat. Az ukrán fegyveres erők bejelentették, hogy elkezdik Donbászon alkalmazni az Egyesült Államok által szállított Javelin páncéltörő rakétarendszereket, valamint a török gyártmányú felderítő és csapásmérő drónok bevetését. Ennek következtében Donbászon a már amúgy is feszült helyzet tovább éleződik” – mutatott rá az orosz katonai vezető.
Geraszimov azzal is fenyegetőzött, hogy az ukrán hatóságoknak a donbászi helyzet erőszakos megoldására irányuló minden provokációját el fogják fojtani.
Oroszország továbbra is azzal vádolja az ukrán felet, hogy erőszakkal akarja megoldani a donbászi helyzetet, bár a kijevi hatóságok ezt többször is cáfolták.
Mint hírportálunk szerdán beszámolt róla, Joe Biden amerikai elnök kizárta, hogy Washington katonai erőt alkalmazzon az esetleges ukrajnai orosz invázió ellen, szerinte a gondolat nem időszerű, mert a NATO kollektív védelmi elve nem terjed ki Ukrajnára.

Ukrajna Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanácsa (RNBO) orosz nyomokat lát az oltásellenesek kijevi felvonulása mögött. A Tanács úgy véli, hogy az akció célja az ukrajnai vakcináció szintjének minimalizálása, számolt be a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács sajtószolgálata.
„Az Ukrajna Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács dezinformáció elleni Központja, amint arról korábban beszámoltunk, egy orosz információs speciális műveletet fedett fel, amelynek célja Ukrajna lakossága átoltottságának minimalizálása” – áll a közleményben.
A hivatalnál egyben megjegyezték, hogy aktív tevékenység volt megfigyelhető a közösségi oldalakon és a Messenger alkalmazásokban, Telegram csatornákon, amelyek az védőoltás állítólagos negatív következményeiről szóló információt terjesztették.
„A COVID-19 elleni védőoltás ellenzőinek újabb felvonulása megerősítette az a feltételezést, miszerint az Orosz Föderáció speciális tájékoztató jellegű oltásellenes intézkedéseket folytat, mivel a tüntetés résztvevői a „Stop QR-kód” plakátjaikon QR-kód-ot helyeztek el, amely a „Jegyina Rosszija” orosz politikai párt honlapjára utal” – áll a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács közleményében.
Az oltásellenesek felvonulására Kijev központjában több százan gyűltek össze november 24-én. Az akciót a botrányairól híres Osztap Sztahiv által alapított Emberi Jogi mozgalom szervezte, akit azzal gyanúsítanak, hogy megpróbálta megbuktatni az állami hatalmat.

A jelentés szerint Kijev első embere az incidenssel kapcsolatban a médiának elmondta: gáncsoskodásával a regnáló hatalom csak a kicsinyességét és a gyengeségét mutatja. „Meggyőződésem, hogy a hatalomnak a külpolitikában konszolidáltságot, nem pedig kicsinyességet és gyengeséget kell mutatnia” – hangsúlyozta. Hozzátette: márpedig, sajnálatos módon, a hatalom a gyengeségét demonstrálja, gyengítve ezzel Ukrajna nemzetközi pozícióit.
Klicsko aláhúzta, hogy a hatalom ahelyett, hogy azon munkálkodna, miként erősíthetné az ukrán–német kapcsolatokat, tervet dolgozott ki a Merkel és Klicsko találkozójának a megakadályozására.

A Külügyminisztérium nem tartja kizártnak, hogy Oroszország saját érdekében használja fel az afganisztáni helyzet kiéleződését, és rászabadítja az afgán menekülteket Ukrajnára – jelentette ki Jevhen Jenyin, külügyminiszter-helyettes egy hétfői televíziós műsorban, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a helyettes tárcavezető az Ukrajina 24 televízióban elmondta, „nem szabad figyelmen kívül hagyni Oroszország és Fehéroroszország kifinomult módszereit, amelyekkel a migrációs folyamatokat tudják rontani vagy negatívan befolyásolni a szomszédos országokban vagy Európában.” Úgy vélte, Oroszország a mostani helyzetet is saját érdekében használhatja ki, a többi között az ukrajnai migrációs helyzet befolyásolásával.
Mint Jenyin hangsúlyozta, Ukrajna nem zárja ki, hogy most Oroszország él a lehetőséggel, és befolyásolni fogja a migrációs és biztonsági helyzetet Ukrajnában. „De mi sem ülünk összetett kézzel, hanem fokozzuk a koordinációs tevékenységet az országunkon belül, és dolgozunk a nemzetközi partnereinkkel, hogy minimumra csökkentsük a kockázatokat, és szavatoljuk állampolgáraink biztonságát” – mutatott rá a külügyminiszterhelyettes.

Sem Joe Biden amerikai elnök, sem Kamala Harris alelnök nem vesz részt a Krími Platform alakuló ülésén Kijevben, az USA azonban kormánytaggal fogja képviseltetni magát – közölteGeorge Kent helyettes külügyi államtitkár, az USA ideiglenes kijevi ügyvivője szombaton egy rádióinterjúban, adta hírül hétfőn az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az amerikai diplomata az ukrán Szabadság Rádiónak nyilatkozva elmondta: amerikai részről egy kormánytag vesz majd részt a Krími Platform ülésén, amely nagyon fontos, de sem az elnök, sem pedig az alelnök nem lesz ott. Hozzátette, hogy a múlt héten informális találkozót tartott Refat Csubarov és Misztafa Dzsemilev krími tatár vezetőkkel, Emine Dzsaparova külügyminiszter-helyettessel és Rusztem Umerov parlamenti képviselővel, akiktől a Krím félszigeti helyzetről tájékozódott.
Kent elmondása szerint a megszállt Krímben sok ottani lakos tekinti magát ukrán állampolgárnak, és nekik segítségre van szükségük. „Ukrajna felkészült arra, hogy ez ne csak egy napig tartson, és ne csak kormányközi, országok közötti szinten legyen, hanem a krími kérdés megvitatása a parlamentek és a civil társadalom képviselői között is folyjon” – mutatott rá, megjegyezve, hogy a vitában részt kell vennie az ukrán társadalomnak és különböző országok aktivistáinak is. Szerinte ez nagyon jó koncepció.
