Kijevbe látogatott Tony Radakin, a brit hadsereg vezetője, aki találkozott ukrán kollégájával, Valerij Zaluzsnij tábornokkal, az ukrán fegyveres erők főparancsnokával – számolt be csütörtökön az rbc.ua hírportál a brit főparancsnok Twitter-közléésre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint bejegyzésében a brit főparancsnok azt írta: „48 órás látogatásom lehetővé tette számomra, hogy jobban megértsem a műveleti perspektívát, és megvitassuk, hogyan tudja Nagy-Britannia továbbra is támogatni Ukrajnát, és hogyan segíthetünk más nemzetközi partnereknek és szövetségeseknek az ukrán fegyveres erők támogatásában a következő hetekben és hónapokban.”
Tony Radakin felhívta a figyelmet az ukrán fegyveres erők bátorságára, rugalmasságára és találékonyságára is, amellyel szembeszálltak Oroszország törvénytelen és barbár agressziójával.
Mint hírportálunk június 17-én beszámolt róla, Tony Radakin tengernagy, a brit fegyveres erők vezetője egy lapinterjúban kijelentette, hogy Oroszország már „stratégiailag elvesztette” az Ukrajna elleni háborút, súlyos veszteségeket szenved, kifogyott a csapatokból és a fejlett rakétákból, és soha nem lesz képes egész Ukrajnát elfoglalni. Az admirális azt állította, hogy az orosz szárazföldi erők negyedét már megsemmisítették, és csak annyit sikerült elérniük, hogy elfoglalják a területek egy kis részét. Úgy vélte, Oroszországnak jelentős veszteségei vannak, a csapatok és a rakéták a végükhöz közelednek, és soha nem fogja tudni elfoglalni egész Ukrajnát. „Ez egy szörnyű hiba Oroszország részéről. Oroszország soha nem fogja átvenni Ukrajna irányítását” – biztosított Tony Radakin.

A július végi kanadai látogatása után Ferenc pápa Kijevbe és Moszkvába is el szeretne látogatni. Abban bízik, hogy sikerül elindítani a két nemzetet a béke útján.
Ferenc pápa hamarosan Oroszországba és Ukrajnába is el szeretne látogatni. Ezt a Reuters hírügynökségnek nyilatkozta egy szombati interjúban.
A pápa lehetségesnek tartja, hogy július végi, kanadai útja után Moszkvába és Kijevbe is ellátogasson.
„Először Moszkvába fogok elutazni, hogy megpróbáljak valamilyen módon segíteni. De szívesen elmennék mindkét fővárosba” – idézi a Reuters a pápát.
A katolikus egyház vezetője arra is kitért az interjúban, hogy pár hónappal ezelőtt már el szeretett volna utazni Oroszországba. Akkor nem került sor a látogatásra, mert Oroszország visszautasította. A Kreml akkor arra hivatkozott, hogy még nem érkezett el a megfelelő időpont egy ilyen megbeszélésre.
A pápa szerint a helyzet azóta sokat változott: újra beszélt az orosz elnökkel egy esetleges találkozóról, amire Putyin már nyitottabban reagált.
„Arra gondoltam: bár az orosz elnök lehetőséget adna arra, hogy szolgáljam a békét” – mondta a pápa.

A teljes körű orosz invázió kezdete óta az infrastruktúra számos létesítménye sérült és semmisült meg, többek között 100 iskola, 68 óvoda és 80 egészségügyi intézmény. A Kijevi Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció kiemelt figyelmet fordít az oktatási és egészségügyi intézmények helyreállítására.
Június 17-én partnerségi és együttműködési memorandumot írt alá a Kijevi Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció, a Magyar Ökumenikus Segélyszervezet, a Bucsai és Borogyankai kistérség. A megállapodás értelmében a Borogyankai járási Zahalci település oktatási komplexumának rekonstrukciójára kerül sor.
Az együttműködés első lépése Zahalci település oktatási komplexumának helyreállítása. A projekt fő célja: az iskola helyreállítása a tanév kezdetére.
Tekintettel az óvodát ért kár mértékére, a partnerek először egy ideiglenes modulóvodát építenek, ami minden szükséges felszereléssel el lesz látva. Az óvoda felújítását az iskola rekonstrukciójának befejezését követően kezdik meg.
Emellett a megállapodás egy modern szolgáltatási csomópont építését kilátásba helyezi a Bucsai kistérségben, amelyben orvosi rendelő, adminisztratív szolgáltatásokat nyújtó központ és postafiók is lesz.
„Hálával tartozunk mindenkinek, aki részt vesz Kijev megye újjáépítésében: Magyarország kormányának, a nagykövet úrnak, a Magyar Ökumenikus Segélyszervezetnek és a Kárpátaljai Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció munkatársainak. Ezek csak az első lépései a Kijev megye helyreállítására irányuló együttműködésünknek” – hangsúlyozta Zsanna Oszipenko, Kijevi Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció helyettes vezetője.

Mint Jermak írta, „megvitattuk Borisszal a nehézfegyverek és légvédelmi rendszerek szállításának szükségességét, Ukrajna gazdasági támogatását, az Oroszországgal szembeni szankciók fokozását, különös tekintettel a McFaul-Jermak nemzetközi csoport javaslataira, valamint az Ukrajna számára nyújtandó biztonsági garanciákat, illetve Oroszország jóvátételét az országunknak okozott károkért. Emmanuel Macron, Olaf Scholz és Mario Draghi – Franciaország, Németország és Olaszország vezetői – csütörtökön az első látogatásukra érkeztek Kijevbe a teljes körű ukrán–orosz háború kitörése óta, ahol csatlakozott hozzájuk Klaus Johannis román elnök, és közösen felkeresték a közeli Irpeny, háború sújtotta várost, majd találkoztak Volodimir Zelenszkij elnökkel – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Andrij Jermak, az Elnöki Hivatal vezetőjének közlése szerint Zelenszkij európai vezetőkkel folytatott találkozója véget ért. „Ukrajna stabilan támogatja a nemzetközi koalíció. Átadtuk az európai vezetők az Oroszország elleni újabb szankciójavaslatok teljes csomagját, amelyet a McFaul-Jermak nemzetközi csoport készített elő” – jelezte a hivatalvezető.
A hírportál emlékeztetett rá, hogy kijevi idő szerint 15:00 órára volt bejelentve az európai vezetők és Zelenszkij találkozója a médiával. Azonban eddig nem jelentek meg a sajtó előtt. Ugyanakkor 16:00 órakor légiriadó kezdődött Kijevben, ami már a második a mai napon.
Az irpenyi látogatást követően az európai vezetők nyilatkozatokat tettek közzé. A francia elnök az Irpenyben látottakat Oroszország háborús bűnének nevezte. Macron azt mondta, hogy Ukrajnának meg kell nyernie a háborút. „Irpeny Ukrajnában van. Láttuk a lerombolt várost és a barbárság sebhelyeit. És az ukránok hősiességét, akik megállították a Kijev felé nyomuló orosz hadsereget. Ukrajna ellenáll. Győznie kell” – hangsúlyozta a francia elnök.
Scholz német kancellár a lerombolt házakról és a lerombolt utcákról szólva azt mondta: „sokat elmond Oroszország agresszív háborújáról, amelynek egyszerűen a pusztítás a célja. Ezt minden döntésnél figyelembe kell vennünk.”
Draghi olasz miniszterelnök szerint a vezetőknek látniuk kellett az orosz agresszió következményeit Irpenyben. „Ez a pusztítás, de egyben a remény helye is. Amit mondtak nekem, az nagyrészt a jövőről és az újjáépítésről szól. Ezek olyan emberek, akiket egyesít a háború, és olyan dolgokra képesek, amelyekre talán nem lettek volna képesek a háború előtt” – mutatott rá.
Johannis román elnök az Irpenyben tett látogatás után az orosz bűnösök bíróság elé állítását kérte. „Nincsenek szavak annak a hihetetlen emberi tragédiának és szörnyű pusztításnak a leírására, amelyet ma láthattunk Irpenyben. Ismételten nyomatékosan kérem, hogy vonjanak felelősségre minden orosz bűnözőt” – írta a közösségi oldalán.

Különvonattal Ukrajnába érkezett csütörtök reggel Emmanuel Macron francia elnök, Olaf Scholz német kancellár és Mario Draghi olasz miniszterelnök, akik Kijevben Volodimir Zelenszkij elnökkel találkoznak és tárgyalnak – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál a RaiNews24 olasz hírtelevízióra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Olekszandr Kamisin, az Ukrzaliznica állami vasútvállalat igazgatótanácsának elnöke Telegram-csatornáján megerősítette, hogy a három európai vezető különvonattal érkezett meg Kijevbe. Az európai vezetők kijevi látogatását korábban magas rangú diplomaták és tisztviselők is megerősítették az Európai Unióban. Macron, Scholz és Draghi a tervek szerint találkozik Zelenszkij elnökkel, hogy kifejezzék támogatásukat, mielőtt az Európai Bizottság nyilvánosságra hozza a véleményét az ukrán EU-tagjelölti státuszról.
Az európai diplomaták szerint az Európai Bizottság várhatóan javasolni fogja Ukrajna tagjelölti státuszának megadását egy sor reform függvényében. Az EU azonban még mindig arról vitatkozik, hogy mikor kell végrehajtani ezeket a reformokat – a tagjelölt státusz megszerzése előtt vagy utána.
Szakértői vélemények szerint ez a látogatás segíteni fog Ukrajnának abban, hogy elegendő támogatást gyűjtsön ahhoz, hogy most megkapja a tagjelölti státuszt.
Mint emlékezetes, a trió ukrajnai látogatása először a múlt hét végén került szóba a La Stampa című olasz lap közlése után. Már akkor a június 16-i dátumról beszéltek, de ezt nem erősítették meg sem Németországban, sem pedig Franciaországban.
