A jelentés szerint Zaluzsnij előadásában emlékeztetett arra, hogy Kelet-Ukrajnában folytatódik a háború, szinte naponta halnak és sebesülnek meg katonák. „Nagyon szeretném, hogy az ukrán fegyveres erők mindent megkapnának az államtól: megfelelő fegyverzetet és haditechnikát. A fegyveres erőknek fejlődniük kell, tökéletesíteniük a harcászati felkészültségüket” – mutatott rá. Mint hangsúlyozta, „a legfontosabb – a felkészülés a támadó hadműveletekre a megszállt területek felszabadítása érdekében.”
