A világ radikálisan megváltoztatta hozzáállását Ukrajnához a teljes körű orosz invázió 2022. február 24-i kezdete után, a különböző országok elkezdték erős fegyverekkel ellátni az ukrán hadsereget – közölte pénteken Olekszij Danilov, a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) titkára a Facebook-oldalán, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
Mint Danilov írta, az orosz invázió után a világ elkezdett hinni Ukrajnában. 2022 februárjában partizánháború volt Ukrajnában, azután a hadsereg kapott NLAW-kat, Stingereket, Javelineket. „2022 június. Védelmi ellentámadásos háború: HIMARS, MLRS, M777 tarackok, Harpoon rakéták, GMLRS-lövedékek, Excalibur, Panzerhaubitze 2000 önjáró löveg, IRIS légvédelmi rendszerek, CAESAR önjáró tarackok, AHS Krabbit önjáró tarackok” – emlékeztetett.
Az RNBO titkára jelezte, hogy 2023-ban Ukrajna „támadó háborút” fog folytatni. „2023. Támadó háború: Bradley gyalogsági harcjármű, Marder, Bastion páncélozott szállítójárművek, AMX-10 RC páncélozott járművek, Patriot. És sok más eszköz, kevésbé nyilvános és teljesen titkos” – mutatott rá. „Elkezdődik a háború negyedik szakasza, amikor az igazságszolgáltatás és a megtorlás vár Oroszországra. Ukrajna ezzel párhuzamosan fejleszti rakéta- és drónprogramjait” – helyezte kilátásba Olekszij Danilov.

Ukrajna az idén megkapja szövetségeseitől az összes szükséges katonai segélyt, amit 2022-ben nem kapott meg, az ezzel kapcsolatos munka pedig folyamatban van – jelentette ki Dmitro Kuleba külügyminiszter szerdai sajtótájékoztatóján, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a tárcavezető Facebook-közvetítésére hivatkozva.
A tudósítás szerint az ukrán diplomácia vezetője elmondta: „ma még a gyerekek is azt kérik, hogy Leopardot hozzon nekik a Jézuska a karácsonyfa alá, és mi megértjük, hogy a gyerekek elsősorban nem játékleopárdokra gondolnak.” Mindannyian nem csak gondolunk rá, hanem nagyon keményen dolgozunk is rajta – mutatott rá. „Tavaly azt mondtam, hogy 2023-ban megkapjuk azt, amit 2022-ben különböző okok miatt nem kaphattunk meg. Csak megerősíteni tudom a szavaimat, hogy ez megtörténik. Szánjanak rá időt, várják meg a híreket” – összegezte Dmitro Kuleba.
Mint hírportálunk ma beszámolt róla, Kuleba ugyanezen a sajtótájékoztatón kijelentette: az idei év és a mostani téli hónapok nagyon fontosak lesznek Ukrajna európai uniós csatlakozása felé vezető úton. Hangsúlyozta: „az idei év és már ezek a téli hónapok is nagyon fontosak lesznek az Ukrajna EU-tagsága felé vezető úton. A szerződés értéke mintegy 216 millió euró. A Krauss-Maffei Wegmann gyártó 30 hónappal a munka megkezdése után szállíthatja az első új önjáró berendezéseket. Legkorábban 2025-ben szállítják el azokat az ukrán fegyveres erőknek.

Ukrajna minden szükséges fegyvert megkap a partnereitől, ez csak idő kérdése, és itt nincsenek tabuk – jelentette ki vasárnap Dmitro Kuleba külügyminiszter egy televíziós műsorban, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az ukrán diplomácia vezetője az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús adásának nyilatkozva elmondta: „a benyomásom a következő. Ha összefoglaljuk az összes kulisszák mögötti megbeszélést, nemcsak Washingtonban, hanem más országokban is, akkor a következtetésem a következő: minden szükséges fegyver rendelkezésünkre áll majd, ez csak idő kérdése.”
Kuleba azt is hangsúlyozta, hogy számos pszichológiai, politikai és logisztikai oka van annak, hogy a partnerek nem tudják egyszerre ellátni Ukrajnát az összes szükséges fegyverrel. „De mindezekkel az okokkal dolgoznunk kell, és dolgozni is fogunk. Ez nem csak vonakodás kérdése. Bármilyen fegyver szállítása egy nagyon összetett technikai és logisztikai művelet, mindezekkel a részletekkel együtt dolgozunk a kollégáinkkal más osztályokról” – hangsúlyozta. „Ukrajna partnereinél nincsenek tabuk a fegyverszállítást illetően. És a Patriot légvédelmi rendszer szállításának ügye a legjobb bizonyíték erre” – mutatott rá Dmitro Kuleba.

I had a call with @JosepBorrellF discussing in detail the preparations for the upcoming Ukraine-EU summit on February 3. We have outlined our expectations and focused on a format that will ensure its success. We also discussed military aid, sanctions, and Iran-Russia cooperation.
I took part in a G7 ministerial meeting at the invitation of Japanese FM Hayashi Yoshimasa. We focused on everything needed for Ukraine's victory in 2023. Ukrajna Oroszország elleni háborújának következő hat hónapja meghatározó lesz, és több erőfeszítést igényel majd, mint a korábbi időszak – jelentette ki szerdán Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök az Európai Tanácshoz intézett online beszédében, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az elnök elmondta: „a következő hat hónap sok tekintetben meghatározó lesz abban a konfrontációban, amelyet Oroszország ezzel az agresszióval indított. Ez agresszió Ukrajna és mindannyiuk ellen, mert Oroszország végső célja sokkal távolabbra mutat a mi határunknál és Ukrajna szuverenitásánál. A következő hat hónap még nagyobb erőfeszítéseket követel majd tőlünk, mint a mostaniak.”
Zelenszkij egyrészt kiemelte, hogy az orosz energiaterrort minden formájában le kell győzni. „A második szempont Ukrajna téli stabilitásának biztosítása. Arra kérem Önöket, hogy továbbra is tegyenek meg mindent annak érdekében, hogy támogatni tudják Ukrajna energiaellátását. A harmadik szempont a katonai támogatás. Ez nem lehet kevesebb, mint az elmúlt hat hónapban. Többre van szükségünk modern fegyverekből, nagyobb mennyiségű készletekből. A negyedik tényező a diplomácia” – mutatott rá.
Az államfő egyúttal az ukrán békeképlet támogatására szólította fel a szövetségeseket. „És az ötödik tényező a következő hat hónapra. Értékes feladat. Hiszem, hogy minden, amit ma hangsúlyoztam, megvalósul. Mert Ukrajna és Európa számára, ha együtt vagyunk, semmi sem lehetetlen. Legyőzünk minden terrort, bármilyen feladatot közösen teljesítünk” – összegezte Volodimir Zelenszkij.

Az Egyesült Államok pénteken bejelentette a sokadik, ezúttal 400 milliárd dollárt kitevő katonai támogatását Ukrajnának, amely T-72 harckocsikat és Hawk légvédelmi rendszereket is tartalmaz – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a Pentagon helyettes sajtótitkárának, Sabrina Singhnek a bejelentésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az Egyesült Államok 400 millió dollár értékben küld új katonai segélycsomagot Ukrajnának. A támogatási lista a következőket tartalmazza: Hawk légvédelmi rendszerek, felújított T-72 harckocsik, 250 darab M1117 páncélozott személyszállító jármű, 40 páncélozott csónak, 1100 Phoenix Ghost harci drón.
A hírportál emlékeztetett rá, hogy az említett páncélosok cseh tankok. Az USA és Hollandia 90 harckocsi javításáról állapodott meg. A tankok felének javítását az Egyesült Államok állja. Oroszország februári teljes körű invázióját követően az Egyesült Államok 18,3 milliárd dolláros katonai támogatást küldött Ukrajnának.
A Hawk légvédelmi rakétakomplexum a Patriot rakétavédelmi rendszer elődje. Kezdetben a komplexumot repülőgépek megsemmisítésére fejlesztették ki, később úgy módosították, hogy repülés közben elfogja a rakétákat is. Magának a komplexumnak az értékét 15 millió dollárra, a rakétákat pedig 250 ezer dollárra becsülik egységenként.
Phoenix Ghost harci drón, amelyet sima terepen folytatott háborúhoz terveztek. Ez a drón hasonló a Switchblade-hez. Bár terepképalkotásra is használható, elsődleges célja a támadás.
