Minden az ellenőrzésünk alatt van, pánikra nincs semmi ok, Ukrajna elkötelezett a kelet-ukrajnai konfliktus békés rendezése mellett – jelentette ki hétfőn Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) ülését követően videoüzenetében, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az államfő azt mondta: „minden ellenőrzés alatt van, nincs ok a pánikra. Mint közölte, az RNBO-ülés első témája a kelet-ukrajnai helyzet volt. Jelezte, hogy folyik a térség helyzetének teljes deeszkalációjára irányuló munka. Kiemelte, hogy az ukrán fél elkötelezett a konfliktus békés megoldása mellett.
Zelenszkij szavai szerint az RNBO ülésének második témája az energiabiztonság kérdése volt. Arról biztosította a lakosságot, hogy Ukrajna nyugodtan fogja átvészelni a fűtési idényt. Úgy vélte, az ország elegendő gázzal és szénnel rendelkezik, és a készletek folyamatosan nőnek.
A harmadik témával, a koronavírussal kapcsolatban az elnök elismerte, hogy Ukrajnában nő az új betegek száma, de a kórházakban azonban csak az ágyak 28%-a foglalt. „Minden annak köszönhető, hogy mi, ukránok megértettük, mennyire fontos a védőoltás” – mutatott rá Volodimir Zelenszkij.
