„Az ezen a véleményen lévő jogászokat meghívom Ukrajnába. Jöjjenek el, mi elvisszük őket Izjumba. Menjenek le a kiásott sírokba, ahonnan megkínzott ukránok holttesteit emelték ki, álljanak meg ott két percre. Aztán hazatérhetnek a fővárosukba, és átgondolhatják, milyen álláspontot képviseljenek” – fogalmazott Kuleba.
