A jelentés szerint az elnöki ukáz elrendeli a sorkatonák leszerelését ez év áprilisa–májusa folyamán az ukrán fegyveres erőkből, az Állami Különleges Közlekedési Szolgálatból és más katonai alakulatokból
Volodimir Zelenszkij egyúttal utasította Közösség-, Terület- és Infrastruktúra-fejlesztési Minisztériumot, hogy gondoskodjon a leszerelt sorkatonák szállításáról a biztonsági követelményeknek megfelelően.
