Az Egyesült Államok a tervek szerint új stratégiai partnerségi chartát ír alá Ukrajnával, a dokumentum tükrözni fogja a jelenlegi kor kihívásait – közölte a Védelmi Minisztérium hírszerzési főosztálya, adta hírül vasárnap a korrespondent.net hírportál.







A kiadvány szerint Ned Price, az amerikai külügyminisztérium sajtóreferense Washingtonban jelentette be, hogy az USA kormánya szükségesnek tartja, hogy még ebben a hónapban új stratégiai partnerségi chartát írjon alá Ukrajnával. Mint mondta, a dokumentum azért szorul megújításra, hogy a 21. sz. kihívásairól legyen benne szó. A két fél szándékai szerint a chartát 2021. november 10-én írja alá Antony Blinken amerikai és Dmitro Kuleba ukrán külügyminiszter Washingtonban – emlékeztetett a külügyi sajtóreferens.
