A közlemény szerint Dmitro Kuleba külügyminiszter a NATO válságkezelő rendszerén (EADRCC) és az Európai Unió polgári védelmi mechanizmusán (EARCC) keresztül juttatta el a segítségnyújtás iránti kérelmét. Mint jelezte, az első pozitív válaszok már meg is érkeztek, hogy a partnerek készen állnak a szükséges berendezések lehető legrövidebb időn belüli küldésére.
Az ukrán diplomaták több tucat nemzetközi és civil szervezethez, valamint magáncéghez fordultak generátorok, alkatrészek és kiegészítők, valamint a gázszállító rendszerhez szükséges felszerelések szállítását kérve. „Már megkaptuk az első pozitív válaszokat arról, hogy készen állnak a lehető legrövidebb időn belül biztosítani a szükséges eszközöket” – mutatott rá a külügyminiszter.
„Igen, már sikerült megállapodnunk az első szállításokról Olaszországból, Franciaországból, Litvániából, Finnországból, Németországból és Lengyelországból. Az első 600 berendezés a jövő héten meg is érkezik Ukrajnába” – közölte Dmitro Kuleba.
