 A jelentés szerint az ukrán diplomácia vezetője jelezte, hogy Ukrajna, az EU és a NATO összefog az ukrán fegyveres erők szükségleteinek kielégítéséhez szükséges fegyver- és lőszergyártás növelése és a szövetségesek tartalékainak feltöltése érdekében. Ennek érdekében a felek megállapodtak egy háromoldalú koordinációs mechanizmus létrehozásában, amely szinkronizálja a termelők, a vevők és a kormányok munkáját.
 A brüsszeli találkozóra Jens Stoltenberg NATO-főtitkár és Josep Borrell, az uniós diplomácia vezetője is részt vett. A tárgyalások fő témája Ukrajna védelmi képességeinek erősítése volt.
 Kuleba köszönetet mondott az EU és a NATO tagországainak számos fontos döntésért az Ukrajnának a biztonság terén nyújtott segítséggel kapcsolatban, és felszólította őket, hogy gyorsítsák fel a végrehajtását. „Közös célunk van: a béke és a stabilitás helyreállítása Európában. Ehhez fontos Ukrajna győzelme, valamint az, hogy mihamarabb biztosítsuk hadseregünk minden szükséges dologgal.”
 A külügyminiszter azt is elmondta, hogy az új háromoldalú Ukrajna-EU-NATO formátum állandó jelleggel fog működni. Egyúttal szorgalmazta az ukrán pilóták képzésének megkezdését a meglévő EU- és NATO-mechanizmusokon belül.
