Megváltoztatta cikkének szövegét hétfőre a Le Figaro című francia lap, amely vasárnap még arról számolt be, hogy Franciaország és Nagy-Britannia engedélyezte Ukrajnának, hogy nagy hatótávolságú SCALP/Storm Shadow rakétáit Oroszország területe ellen irányuló mélyégi csapásokhoz használja – számol be az rbc.ua hírportál a Le Figaro módosított publikációjára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint azt a mondatot, miszerint Nagy-Britannia és Franciaország lehetővé tette Ukrajnának, hogy SCALP/Storm Shadow rakétáikkal mélyen orosz területre csapjon le, a francia lap a következővel cserélte le: „a kancelláriákban már dúltak viták a nyugati rakéták orosz terület elleni bevetésének engedélyezéséről. Emmanuel Macron 2024 májusában egy németországi állami látogatáson mellette foglalt állást”.
A francia újságban a módosított cikk a „frissítve” jelzést kapta.
