A Belügyminisztérium szerdán közölte, hogy nem igazak azok az információk, amelyek szerint Vaszil Teterja miniszterhelyettes felesége megpróbált 13 millió dollárt kicsempészni Ukrajnából a Csap-Záhony határátkelőhelyen – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Belügyminisztérium sajtószolgálatára, valamint az Állami Vámszolgálat hivatalos honlapjára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint „az Állami Vámszolgálat hivatalosan tájékoztat, hogy egyes médiumokban elterjedt az az ellenőrizetlen információ, miszerint a magyar fél jelentős mennyiségű valutát talált a záhonyi határellenőrző ponton, amelyet állítólag a belügyminiszter-helyettes felesége vitt magával Ukrajnából ez év szeptember 29-én, de ezt a magyar fél nem erősítette meg.” Az ukrán vámszolgálatot október 5-én maguk a magyar kollégák tájékoztatták a vám- és határőrszolgálatok megbeszélésén a Csap-Zahony határátkelőhelyen.
„A jegyzőkönyvben a szomszéd fél egyértelműen kijelentette, hogy a 2023. szeptember 28. és 30. közötti időszakban a záhonyi határellenőrző ponton a határ- és vámellenőrzés elől elrejtve nem találtak forrást, és nem tudnak arról sem, hogy 13 millió dollár összegű pénzeszközt jelentettek be” – áll a közleményben.
A minisztérium emellett megjegyezte, hogy a miniszterhelyettes felesége 2023-ban egyáltalán nem utazott külföldre. A vámtisztviselők ezeket az információkat megerősítő dokumentumokat küldtek a Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) Dezinformáció Elleni Központjának.
Marjana Reva, a Belügyminisztérium szóvivője az rbc.ua hírportálnak nyilatkozva megjegyezte, hogy az információ hamis, és sérti a minisztérium hírnevét. „A tudatosan hamis információkat terjesztők kérjenek bocsánatot a tisztviselő családjától. Emellett a becsület, a méltóság és a jó hírnév védelmében ennek megfelelő kereset is készül. Ez ugyanis nem csak a miniszterhelyettes családját érinti. Ez csapás az egész Belügyminisztériumra.” – jegyezte meg a szóvivő.

A jelentés szerint a belügyminiszter a The Washington Post című lapnak nyilatkozva kommentálta a kezdeményezést, hogy lőfegyvereket osztanak azoknak az ukránoknak, akik korábban ilyeneket nem tartottak a kezükben. Elmondása szerint a cél a potenciális partizánmozgalom tagjainak felfegyverzése volt.
„Ez a lépés fontos elrettentő tényező volt mind az oroszok, mind a potenciális ukrán árulók számára. Végül is minden ukrán polgármester, aki hazaárulásra gondolt, megértette, hogy 20 ember fegyverrel várja kint, és „ő és családja lesz az első” – magyarázta Denisz Monasztirszkij.
Mint hírportálunk február 25-én beszámolt róla, az ukrán fegyveres erők további fegyverkészleteket szállítottak Kijevbe, a gépkarabélyokat azok között osztották ki, akik a területvédelemhez kívántak csatlakozni. Egy nappal korábban a fővárosi hatóságok este elkezdték tömegesen felfegyverezni a polgári lakosságot, és néhány óra alatt 10 ezer gépkarabélyt osztottak ki egyszerűsített eljárással olyan önkénteseknek, akik azt mondták, hogy készek megvédeni a fővárost az oroszoktól.

Ukrajna Parlamentje 271 képviselői szavazattal jóváhagyta Denisz Monasztirszkij belügyminiszterré való kinevezését.
A Legfelső Tanács 340 igen szavazattal elfogadta Monasztirszkij parlamenti képviselői jogkörének megszüntetését. Korábban a képviselő testület menesztette Arszen Avakov belügyminisztert, aki 2014 februárjától, több mint 7 évig vezette a belügyi tárcát.
Denisz Monasztirszkij 41 éves. A Hmelnickiji Jogi Egyetem jogi karán végzett, a jogi tudományok kandidátusa. Ugyanebben az oktatási intézményben tanított, a törvényalkotási és tudományos értékelési főosztály vezetője volt. Ügyvédként tevékenykedett a Hillmont Partners, a Global Ties KC, a Legal Consulting Kft. vállalatoknál. A 8. összehívású Parlamentben Monasztirszkij Anton Herascsenko, parlamenti képviselő, jelenlegi helyettes belügyminiszter asszisztens-tanácsadója volt (önkéntes alapon). Monasztyirszkij a rendvédelmi és igazságszolgáltatási reform szakértőjeként dolgozott a Herascsenko által alapított Ukrajna jövője analitikai intézetben.

A kiadvány szerint a Legfelső Tanácsnak a csütörtöki ülésen kell szavaznia Avakov lemondásának az elfogadásáról. Monasztirszkij jelölését pénteki ülésén vizsgálhatja a rendvédelmi tevékenységgel foglalkozó parlamenti bizottság, és nem kizárt, hogy már pénteken szavaz az új belügyminiszter kinevezéséről a Legfelső Tanács.
Mint hírportálunk beszámolt róla, Arszen Avakov belügyminiszter kedd délután hivatalosan is bejelentette, hogy lemond tisztségéről. Ugyancsak megírtuk, hogykét jelöltje is van a Nép Szolgája pártnak és Zelenszkijnek a megüresedő belügyminiszteri tisztségre. Közülük az egyik Denisz Monasztirszkij.

Roman Mikulec szlovák belügyminiszter, az előzetes várakozásoknak megfelelően kiállta szerdán az ellene indítványozott bizalmi szavazást. Menesztéséről az ellenzék javaslatára összehívott rendkívüli ülésen két napon át tárgyalt a pozsonyi parlament.
A négypárti szlovák kormánykoalíció legnagyobb pártja, a jobb-közép Egyszerű Emberek és Független Személyiségek által jelölt belügyminiszter menesztésére a 150 fős pozsonyi parlamentnek a szavazáson jelenlévő 135 tagja közül, 53-an szavaztak igennel és 72-en nemmel, tízen tartózkodtak. A voksolás eredménye – tekintettel arra, hogy a kormánykoalíció pártjainak háromötödös többsége van a törvényhozásban, s a belügyminiszter mellett eheti határozatában a kormány is kiállt – előre látható volt.
A Mikulec menesztését célzó javaslatot a pozsonyi törvényhozás legnagyobb ellenzéki pártja, a Robert Fico vezette Irány terjesztette elő több okra hivatkozva.
Főképpen arra, hogy állításuk szerint a Mikulec nem képes ellátni feladatát, s az általa vezetett tárca „egy bűnözői rendszert létrehozva” politikai harcra használja a bűnüldöző szerveket és a büntetőjogot. Ezzel leginkább azokra az őrizetbe vételekre utaltak, amelyeket a rendőrség különleges egysége, a Nemzeti Bűnüldözési Ügynökség az elmúlt hónapokban, „bűnbánatot gyakorló tanúk” vallomásaira hivatkozva rendelt el.
Robert Fico a parlament rendkívüli ülésén ezzel kapcsolatban a szlovák közszolgálati hírügynökség szerint úgy fogalmazott: egy ördögi terv valósul meg azt a célt követve, „hogy a bizonyítékokat és a szabályokat figyelmen kívül hagyva minden áron rács mögé juttassanak ellenzéki szereplőket”.
Mikulec ellen a parlamenti vita során azt is felhozták, hogy korábban, amikor a katonai hírszerzés vezetője volt, családi cégeket részesített előnyben közbeszerzésekkor, valamint azt is, hogy megvonták tőle a szigorúan titkos dokumentumokhoz való hozzáférést, mivel hazudott a biztonsági átvilágítás során.
A politikus a parlamenti vita során elutasította azokat a vádakat, hogy politikai harcra befolyásolta volna a bűnüldöző szervek tevékenységét, a leváltására irányuló javaslatról pedig azt mondta: az egy utolsó próbálkozás bűntevékenységgel gyanúsított személyek megmentésére.
Mikulec egy hónapon belül már a második olyan tagja Eduard Heger kormányának, aki ellen bizalmi szavazást tartottak. Májusban az igazságügyi miniszter, Mária Kolíková maradása mellett állt ki a koalíciós többség, őt arra hivatkozva akarta leváltani az ellenzék, hogy családi vállalata több nagyértékű beszerzési szerződést kötött állami fenntartású intézményekkel.

Lemondott hétfőn az észt belügyminiszter, miután vasárnap egyértelmű bizonyítékok nélkül korruptnak nevezte a megválasztott amerikai elnököt, Joe Bident és fiát, Hunter Bident.
„Éjjel úgy döntöttem, hogy lemondok, szembesülve az észt média becsületsértő és hazug állításaival. Fáradt vagyok. Semmi olyat nem mondtam, ami már ne hangzott volna el az amerikai médiában, az amerikai szabad médiában”– nyilatkozta a 71 éves Mart Helme az ERR észt közmédiumnak.
Vasárnap Helme és 44 éves fia, Martin, az észt kormány pénzügyminisztere a TRE észt rádiónak adott interjút. A belügyminiszter akkor azt állította, hogy szerintük Donald Trump amerikai elnök végül győzni fog.
„Lehet, hogy vérontás árán, de végül diadalmaskodik az igazság” – közölte. Fia is hasonló szellemben nyilatkozott.
„Kétség sem férhet ahhoz, hogy ezt az elnökválasztást elcsalták. Minden normális embernek fel kell emelnie ez ellen a hangját. Nem lehet demokráciáról, jogról beszélni ott, ahol ennyire nyíltan és tömegesen meghamisítanak választásokat” – mondta Martin Helme.
Vasárnap Juri Ratas észt kormányfő a Facebookon arra intette a két politikust, hogy „hagyjanak fel alaptalan állításaikkal”, amelyek sértik az észt–amerikai kétoldalú kapcsolatokat.
