Bartlomiej Sienkiewicz kulturális és örökségvédelmi miniszter kirívó módon alkotmányt sértett, amikor parlamenti határozat alapján intézkedett a közmédia ügyében – jelentette ki Andrzej Duda lengyel elnök csütörtökön a Radio Zet kereskedelmi rádióban.
Az államfő annak kapcsán nyilatkozott, hogy a miniszter szerdán felmentette a közmédia vezérigazgatóit, és új felügyelőtanácsokat alakított ki ott.
„Nem lehet az úgy, hogy a szejm határozatokat ad ki, amelyek a miniszter szerint helyettesítik, illetve megváltoztatják a törvényeket” – hangsúlyozta Duda, aki anarchiának nevezte Sienkiewicz eljárását.
Rámutatott: a közmédia vezetését a Nemzeti Médiatanácsról szóló törvény szabályozza, ezt a jelenlegi parlamenti többség alkotmányos úton módosíthatja, de nem kerülheti meg.
