A fehérorosz elnök és orosz kollégája, Vlagyimir Putyin még december 6-án egyezett meg, hogy a jövőben Oroszország több, Oresnyik rakéták kilövésére is alkalmas rendszert telepít Fehéroroszországba. Az orosz elnök akkor arról beszélt, ez valószínűleg 2025 második felében történhet meg.



Szakértők szerint az Oresnyik rakéta akár atomtöltetet is tud szállítani, hatótávolsága pedig 2500–5000 kilométer lehet.
