Ukrajna megállapodást írt alá az Európai Unióval az Egységes piac programban való részvételről – jelentette be Denisz Smihal miniszterelnök az Európai Bizottság elnökével, Ursula von der Leyennel tartott közös tájékoztatóján Kijevben, tájékoztatott az Ukrinform.
„Aláírtuk a megállapodást Ukrajna az Egységes piac uniós programban való részvételéről, amelynek költségvetése 4,2 milliárd euró” – mondta Smihal. Hozzátette: ez a program a „zöld és digitális átállás biztosítását” célozza, és hozzájárul az ukrán vállalkozások versenyképességének fejlesztéséhez.
2023 januárjában elnöki rendeletben határozták meg azon delegáció összetételét, amely részt vett az EU-val kötendő, az Európai Bizottsággal tartott, Ukrajna részvétele az Európai Unió Egységes piac programjában” (2021–2027) megállapodásról szóló tárgyalásokon.
Az Egységes piac uniós program az EU 4,2 milliárd eurós költségvetésű pénzügyi támogatási programja, amely 7 évre (2021-től 2027-ig) szól. Ukrajna csatlakozása az említett Programhoz lehetővé teszi az EU-val való együttműködés erősítését, ami különösen fontos az európai integrációs folyamatok és Ukrajna EU-tagjelölti státuszának megszerzése szempontjából.
A programnak hozzá kell járulnia a piacokhoz való hozzáférés egyszerűsítéséhez, a kedvező üzleti környezet megteremtéséhez, a vállalkozásfejlesztéshez és növekedéshez, a vállalatok és a teljes gazdasági ágazatok (ökoszisztémák, klaszterek kombinációja) versenyképességének és fenntarthatóságának biztosításához. Segíteni fogja a vállalkozói környezet kialakítását, beleértve a mentori rendszereket is. Többek között az Európai Vállalkozási Hálózatban (EEN), a fiatal vállalkozóknak szóló Erasmus programban, valamint a közös klaszter kezdeményezésekben való részvételt.
