Orbán Viktort 1190 szavazattal választották meg a küldöttek pártelnöknek.
A kongresszus alelnöknek újraválasztotta Kubatov Gábort (1158 szavazat) Németh Szilárdot (1121 szavazat), Kósa Lajost (1145 szavazat), és Gál Kingát (1150 szavazat).
Orbán Viktor 1993–2000 között, illetve 2003 óta megszakítás nélkül a Fidesz elnöke, legutóbb két éve, a 2021 novemberében tartott tisztújító kongresszuson választották újra pártelnöknek.
