A norvégiai Sokndal város polgármester, Jonas Andersen Sayed 11 napos kerékpártúrát tett a Ternopil régióban található Zalizci faluba, s 150,4 ezer norvég koronát (545 ezer hrivnyát) gyűjtött össze az ukrán fegyveres erők szükségleteire.

Az összegyűjtött pénzből Andersen a község vezetőjével, Andrij Nohával közösen két Mavic drónt, tüzérségi számítógépes felszerelést, táblagépeket, hőkamerát és generátort vásárolt.
Mint az NRK norvég műsorszolgáltató beszámolt róla, Andersennek ez a negyedik kerékpáros kirándulása Ukrajnába a teljes körű invázió kezdete óta. Mindegyik során pénzt gyűjtött az ukrán hadsereg megsegítésére.

Jóváhagyta a koronavírus miatt Kínából evakuált ukránok befogadása körül Galíciában kirobbant botrány által érintett Ihor Szopel, Ternopil megyei kormányzó lemondását szombaton Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök – adta hírül hivatalos honlapján az Elnöki Iroda.
A közlemény szerint az államfő azért fogadta el
Szopel lemondását, mert Ternopil megyében rosszul kommunikálták az ukrán
állampolgárok Kínából történő evakuálásának kérdését, és nem végeztek megfelelő
járványügyi felvilágosító munkát a lakosság körében.
Mint mi is beszámoltunk
róla, a Ternopil Megyei Tanács szerdai rendkívüli ülésén határozatot fogadott
el a Vuhanból evakuált ukránok régióban történő elhelyezése ellen. Vaszil
Derevljanij, a megyei tanács elnökhelyettese egyenesen „az ukrán nép
genocídiumának” nevezte a kijevi döntést, hogy sűrűn lakott területen helyezik
el a Kínából evakuáltakat.
A galíciai megye több településén
gyertyákat gyújtottak és azért imádkoztak, hogy zuhanjon le, vagy ne tudjon
leszállni Ternopil körzetében az a repülőgép, amelyik az ukránokat evakuálta
Kínából. Sok helyi lakos a televízió nyilvánossága előtt javasolta, hogy a
csernobili tiltott övezetbe vigyék a vírusfertőzés veszélye miatt kimenekített
honfitársakat.
