 Kongresszusi vizsgálat indult Donald Trump volt amerikai elnök ellen, amiért 15 doboznyi dokumentumot szállíttatott a Fehér Házból floridai otthonába – írja a Reuters.
 Donald Trump a gyanú szerint megsértette a Presidential Records Act törvényt azzal, hogy miután véget ért elnöki ciklusa, magánbirtokára szállíttatta a dokumentumokat.
 Amerikai lapok arról is írtak, hogy a volt elnök egyes dokumentumokat megsemmisített vagy megpróbált megsemmisíteni.
 A volt elnök a vizsgálatra azt reagálta, hogy együttműködik a kongresszussal és visszaküldte a dokumentumokat a Fehér Ház archívumába. Kategorikusan tagadta viszont, hogy dokumentumokat semmisített volna meg.
