A tanácskozáson szó esett a fronton kialakult helyzetről, a védekező és támadó akciókról, valamint a drónok használatának eredményeiről is. Nem maradt el a katonaorvosi bizottságok átfogó ellenőrzése és az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) hadkiegészítő parancsnokságokkal és kollaboránsokkal kapcsolatos munkája sem. Az elnök jónak nevezte az eredményeket.
Zárt ülésen külön-külön meghallgatták az SZBU és a katonai hírszerzés jelentését a speciális feladataik teljesítéséről. Az elnök megjegyezte, hogy a munka folyamatban van.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy az elnök minden nap ülést tart. Csütörtökön például a felszerelés- és lőszerellátásról, valamint a saját termelés üteméről tárgyalt. Az értekezlet résztvevői felvetették Ukrajna energiarendszerének és légvédelmének télre való felkészítését is.

Az Egyesült Államok 400 millió dollár értékű, újabb katonai csomagot küld Ukrajnának – jelentette be az amerikai kormány kedden.
A szállítmány tartalmaz légvédelmi felszereléseket, tüzérségi eszközöket, lőszereket, páncélozott járműveket és páncéltörő eszközöket, valamint egyéb felszereléseket – olvasható a külügyminisztérium közleményében, amelyben kiemelik, hogy az elnöki felhatalmazással élve Antony Blinken külügyminiszter rendelte el az eszközök lehívását a meglévő katonai készletekből, ami azt jelenti, hogy az napokon belül Ukrajnába érkezhet.
A védelmi minisztérium részletes tájékoztatása szerint a szállítmányban szerepelnek a többi között HIMARS nagy mozgékonyságú rakétatüzérségi eszközökben és NASAMS föld-levegő rendszerekben használható irányított rakéták, valamint Stinger és Javelin rakéták. Az amerikai kormány Stryker páncélozott járműveket és romboló eszközöket, valamint Hydra-70-as rakétákat és lőszereket is küld az ukrán haderő számára.
A külügyminisztérium közleménye egyben elítéli az elmúlt napok orosz támadásait ukrajnai kikötői létesítmények és gabonatárolók ellen, ami néhány nappal követte azt, hogy Oroszország felfüggesztette részvételét az ukrán gabona tengeri szállítását lehetővé tevő, ENSZ- és török közvetítéssel tavaly létrejött Fekete-tengeri Gabonakezdeményezésben.
Michael Carpenter, az Egyesült Államok EBESZ-nagykövete kedden Washingtonban egy sajtótájékoztatón arról beszélt: Washington arra törekszik, hogy a szervezeten belül elszigetelje Oroszországot. A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy június 27-én az USA újabb katonai segélycsomagot jelentett be Ukrajnának. A teljes körű orosz invázió kezdete óta ez már a 41. csomag, értékét 500 millió dollárra becsülik.
A Pentagon hangsúlyozta, hogy Ukrajnának az amerikai fegyverzetcsökkentési program részeként nyújtanak támogatást. „Ez az akár 500 millió dollár értékű csomag kulcsfontosságú képességeket tartalmaz Ukrajna ellentámadásainak támogatására, légvédelmének megerősítésére, hogy segítsen Ukrajnának megvédeni népét” – közölte az amerikai védelmi minisztérium.

Ukrajna tárgyalásokat folytat az Egyesült Államokkal a nagy hatótávolságú ATACMS rakéták szállításáról – nyilatkozta Dmitro Kuleba, a Külügyminisztérium vezetője a Szuszpilne-nek adott interjújában. Elmondása szerint a teljes körű háború kezdete óta hét típusú fegyver blokádját oldották fel.
„Minden egyes beszélgetés nehéz volt. Mindegyik „nem”-mel kezdődött. De végül mindent megkaptunk – nyugati tüzérséget, a HIMARS-t és a Patriotot, és kapunk majd repülőgépeket is. És most az ATACMS a téma” – mondta a Külügyminisztérium vezetője.
Kuleba megjegyezte, hogy ez egy ritka eset, amikor nem az Egyesült Államok volt az első ország, amely nagy hatótávolságú rakétákat szállított nekünk, és mások csatlakoztak, ahogy az korábban volt.
„Nagy-Britannia volt az első ország. Több más országgal is együttműködünk, hogy hasonló döntéseket hozzanak. Az Egyesült Államokkal folyamatban van a tárgyalás” – mondta.

Az ATACMS (Army Tactical Missile System) egy amerikai operatív-taktikai rakétakomplexum ballisztikus rakétával, amelyet a Lockheed Martin gyárt. A rakétakomplexum a típusától függően 165-300 kilométeres távolságra találja el a célokat, közölte a gyártó.
Ez egy föld-föld, vagyis a földről indítják őket, és földi célpontokat talál el. Az ATACMS nem csak nagy hatótávolságú, hanem rendkívül pontos is.
Az M142 HIMARS és M270 MLRS hordozórakétákat Ukrajna területe védelmére használja.

A belga kormány jóváhagyta az ukrán fegyveres erők számára az újabb katonai segélycsomagot, számolt be az RTBF Ludivine Dedonder, az ország védelmi miniszterére hivatkozva.
Ezeket a járműveket 1992 óta üzemeltetik Belgiumban. A hadsereg azt tervezi, hogy fokozatosan kivonja a forgalomból, és újabbakkal helyettesítik őket.
A segélycsomag része lesz M113 amerikai páncélozott szállítójármű, amelyet a belga hadsereg több mint egy évtizede vont ki forgalomból.
Dedonder közölte, hogy a járműveket a belga vállalatoknál hozzák működőképes állapotba, majd Ukrajnába szállítják.
Belgium minimum 11 millió eurót különít el a páncélozott személyszállító járművek javítására és szállítására.

Az ukrán katonák haditerveket hajtanak végre, ugyanakkor Oroszország legyőzéséhez 200 kilométeres hatótávolságú fegyverekre van szükség – közölte szombaton Volodimir Havrilov védelmi miniszter-helyettes a minisztérium Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Havrilov jelezte, hogy az ukrán hadsereg magához ragadta a kezdeményezést az ellenséggel szemben. Ennek a fokozásához azonban nagy hatótávolságú fegyverekre van szükség – tette hozzá. „Minden haditervünket az értékelések szerint valósítjuk meg. A modern háborúban az a legfontosabb az ellenség helyzetének ismerete, valamint a képesség nagy pontosságú csapások leadására nagy távolságra. Azaz, hogy olyan fegyverekkel rendelkezzünk, amelyek akár 200 kilométeres távolságból is eltalálhatják az ellenséget” – mutatott rá.
Helyettes védelmi miniszter szerint Ukrajna ma úton van a vadászgépek beszerzése felé, amelyek megvédik a légteret az orosz ballisztikus és egyéb rakétáktól. „Több mint egy év telt el a háborúból, és bízunk benne, hogy legyőzzük az orosz megszállókat, partnereinkkel együtt, akik mindent megadnak, amire szükségünk van” – emlékeztetett Volodimir Havrilov.

Dmitro Kuleba külügyminiszter a Reutersnek adott interjújában kijelentette, hogy Ukrajnának elegendő fegyvere van ahhoz, hogy ellentámadást indítson az orosz erők ellen, ami megadja az országnak az észak-atlanti szövetséghez való csatlakozáshoz szükséges győzelmet, számolt be a Jevropejszka Pravda.
Ukrajna már hónapok óta készül az Oroszország által megszállt területek visszafoglalására irányuló támadásra, a nyugati szövetségesek által biztosított tankok, páncélozott járművek és tüzérség felhasználásával.
Az ukrán külügyminisztérium vezetője nem válaszolt arra a kérdésre, hogy megkezdődött-e az ellentámadás. Elmondása szerint nem az a legfontosabb, hogy mikor kezdődik, hanem az, hogy Ukrajna győzelmével érjen véget, mivel Kijev szövetségi tagságát teszi lehetővé, tette hozzá a miniszter.
„A NATO-tagság nem állíthatja meg ezt a háborút, de a NATO-tagság megállítja a további háborúkat. Éppen ezért a régió biztonságának legjobb módja az, ha elérkezünk ahhoz a pillanathoz, amikor Ukrajna a NATO tagja lesz” – mondta Kuleba.
Az ukrán diplomácia vezetője kiemelte: a NATO-tagság a következő nagy cél Ukrajna napirendjén azt követően, hogy sikerül F-16-os vadászgépeket beszereznie.
